Kepuasan kinerja guru merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam menunjang kualitas mutu pendidikan. tingkat kepuasan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, seperti dari dalam diri individu seperti self-esteem dan self-efficacy. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pengaruh self-esteem terhadap kepuasan kinerja guru; (2) mengetahui pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap kepuasan kinerja guru; dan (3) mengetahui pengaruh self-esteem dan self-efficacy secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kinerja guru. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linier berganda. populasi penelitian berjumlah 173 guru yang berasal dari empat sekolah di kabupaten aceh besar. sampel penelitian berjumlah 63 guru yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus slovin, kemudian didistribusikan ke masing-masing sekolah dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan ibm spss statistics 27. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) self-esteem tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kinerja guru dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,407 (>0,05); (2) self-efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kinerja guru dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 (



Abstract

Teacher job satisfaction is a key factor in supporting the quality of education. The level of job satisfaction is influenced by various factors, like internal psychology like self-esteem and self-efficacy. This study aimed to: (1) determine the effect of self-esteem on teachers' job satisfaction in; (2) determine the effect of self-efficacy on teachers' job satisfaction in; and (3) determine the simultaneous effect of self-esteem and self-efficacy on teachers' job satisfaction in. This study employed a quantitative approach using a multiple linear regression method. The population consisted of 173 teachers from four schools in Aceh Besar Regency. The sample comprised 63 teachers, determined using the Slovin formula, and distributed proportionally through Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 27. The findings revealed that: (1) self-esteem had no significant effect on teachers' job satisfaction with a significance value of 0.407 (>0.05); (2) self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on teachers' job satisfaction with a significance value of 0.001 (
