Apotek air mata ibu masih mengelola stok obat secara manual, sehingga rentan terhadap kesalahan pencatatan, kesulitan pemantauan stok, dan risiko terabaikannya obat kedaluwarsa. penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem informasi manajemen stok berbasis web untuk mengintegrasikan data inventaris dan meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan. pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall, mencakup tahap analisis, desain, implementasi, hingga pengujian. teknologi yang digunakan meliputi framework next.js dan node.js, dengan postgresql pada layanan supabase sebagai basis datanya. fitur utama sistem ini adalah pengiriman notifikasi otomatis untuk stok di bawah ambang batas minimal dan obat yang akan kedaluwarsa dalam kurun waktu 3 bulan sebelum masa kedaluwarsa. selain itu, sistem menerapkan role-based access control (rbac) untuk menjamin keamanan hak akses pengguna. hasil pengujian black box menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem, termasuk logika konversi satuan, akurasi notifikasi, dan penerapan role-based access control, berjalan sesuai spesifikasi. pengujian usability menggunakan system usability scale (sus) terhadap delapan responden menghasilkan skor rata-rata 74,38 dengan kategori good dan penerimaan acceptable. implementasi ini berhasil mentransformasi manajemen stok menjadi lebih terstruktur serta memitigasi risiko kerugian akibat obat kedaluwarsa di apotek air mata ibu. kata kunci : sistem informasi, pengelolaan stok, next.js, notifikasi kedaluwarsa.

Air Mata Ibu Pharmacy currently relies on manual medicine stock management, making it susceptible to recording errors, stock monitoring difficulties, and the risk of overlooked expired medications. This study aims to develop a web-based stock management information system to integrate inventory data and enhance service efficiency. The system development utilized the waterfall method, encompassing the stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The technologies employed include the Next.js and Node.js frameworks, utilizing PostgreSQL on the Supabase platform as the database. The key features of this system include automated notifications for stock falling below the minimum threshold and for medications approaching their expiration date within a three-month period. Furthermore, the system implements Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure the security of user access privileges. The testing results, evaluated through black-box methods, demonstrate that all system functions, including unit conversion logic, notification accuracy, and role-based access control, operate in accordance with the specifications. Usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with eight respondents yielded an average score of 74.38, falling into the Good category with an Acceptable rating. This implementation has successfully transformed the stock management process to be more structured and mitigated the risk of financial losses caused by expired medications at Air Mata Ibu Pharmacy.
