Informasi lokasi rumah ibadah di kota banda aceh masih tersebar di beberapa sumber yang belum terhubung dan belum membuat komponen spasial dalam satu kanal. sistem informasi masjid (simas) yang dikelola kementerian agama sudah menghimpun data masjid dan musala secara nasional, tetapi cakupannya hanya satu agama sehingga belum menjawab kebutuhan penelusuran lintas agama di tingkat kota. penelitian ini merancang dan membangun webgis yang memetakan rumah ibadah dari lima agama di kota banda aceh sekaligus menguji fungsionalitasnya. sistem dikembangkan dengan model waterfall menggunakan laravel 12, panel administrasi filament, basis data mysql, pustaka peta leaflet, dan layanan rute osrm. pencarian rumah ibadah pada radius tertentu dihitung dengan formula haversine. data dihimpun dari badan pusat statistik kota banda aceh serta simas dan portal satu data kementerian agama; 34 titik terverifikasi dimuat sebagai sampel dari 249 rumah ibadah yang tercatat. sistem menyediakan pencarian berdasarkan nama dan alamat, penyaringan menurut agama, kecamatan, fasilitas, dan tipologi masjid, navigasi rute untuk mode beerkendara dan jalan kaki, halaman statistik, firut penilaian dan ulasan, kontrol akses empat tingkat dengan alur pengajuan dan persetujuan serta notifikasi yang mengiringi alur tersebut. pengujian fungsionalitas dengan black box testing terhadap 50 skenario pada sembilan modul menujukkan seluruh skenario berjalan sesuai hasil yang diharapkan. proses verifikasi data juga menunjukkan bahwa ketepatan data simas berhantung pada skala rumah ibadahnya: kekeliruan titik lokasi serta data fasilitas dan kegiatan yang belum lengkap lebih sering dijumpai pada rumah ibadah berskala kecil hingga menengah. kata kunci: webgis, rumah ibadah, kota banda aceh, leaflet, black box testing.

Abstract

Information on the location of places of worship in Banda Aceh City is still scattered across several unconnected sources and is not available through one channel with a spatial component. The Mosque Information System (SIMAS), managed by the Ministry of Relgious Affairs, already compiles national data on mosques and prayer rooms, but it convers only one feligion and does not meet the need for cross-religious searching at the city leel. This study deisgns and builds a WebGIS that maps places of worship from five religions in Banda Aceh City and tests its functionality. The system was developed with the Waterfall model using laravel 12, the Filament administration panel, a MySQL database, the Leaflet mapping library, and the OSRM routing service. Searching for places of worship within a given radius is computed with the Haversine formula. Data were gathered from Statistics Indonesia of Banda Aceh City together with SIMAS and Ministry of Religious Affairs’ One Data Portal; 34 verified points were loaded as sample of the 249 recorded places of worship. The system provides search by name and address, filtering by religion, district, facility, activity, and mosque typology, route navigation for driving and walking, a statistics page, rating and review features, four-level access control with a submission and approval workflow, and notifications that accompany that workflow. Functional testing with Black Box Testing on 50 scenarios across nine modules showed that every scenario worked as expected. Data verification also showed that the acuracy and completeness of SIMAS data depend on the scale of the place of worship: loaction errors and missing facility or activity data appear more often in small to medium-sized places of worship.
