Abstrak introduction: demam berdarah dengue (dbd) masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat di kabupaten pidie. kejadian siklon tropis senyar diduga mengubah kondisi lingkungan yang berpotensi memengaruhi habitat perkembangbiakan aedes spp., sehingga diperlukan pemetaan kerentanan wilayah berdasarkan indeks entomologi sebagai dasar pengendalian vektor. methods: penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional pada 52 desa di kecamatan simpang tiga, terdiri atas 32 desa terdampak (61,5%) dan 20 desa tidak terdampak (38,5%), serta karakteristik vegetatif meliputi 13 desa pantai (25,0%), 24 desa perkebunan (46,2%), dan 15 desa persawahan (28,8%). survei jentik dilakukan pada 6.240 rumah. variabel yang dianalisis meliputi house index (hi), container index (ci), breteau index (bi), angka bebas jentik (abj), dan density figure (df). analisis menggunakan uji mann–whitney, kruskal–wallis, korelasi spearman, dan pemetaan spasial. results: rata-rata hi sebesar 36,18%, ci 36,93%, bi 7,61, abj 62,02%, dan df 4,69. tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna indeks entomologi antara desa terdampak dan tidak terdampak maupun berdasarkan karakteristik vegetatif wilayah (p>0,05). korelasi spearman menunjukkan hi (r=0,789; p

Abstract
ABSTRACT Introduction: Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) remains a major public health problem in Pidie Regency, Aceh, Indonesia. Tropical Cyclone Senyar may have altered environmental conditions that influence Aedes spp. breeding habitats, highlighting the need to map dengue transmission vulnerability based on entomological indices to support vector control strategies. Methods: This analytical cross-sectional study was conducted in 52 villages of Simpang Tiga District, comprising 32 cyclone-affected villages (61.5%) and 20 unaffected villages (38.5%). The study area included 13 coastal villages (25.0%), 24 plantation villages (46.2%), and 15 rice-field villages (28.8%). Larval surveys were performed in 6,240 houses. The assessed entomological indices included the House Index (HI), Container Index (CI), Breteau Index (BI), Larvae-Free Index (ABJ), and Density Figure (DF). Data were analyzed using the Mann–Whitney U test, Kruskal–Wallis test, Spearman's rank correlation, and spatial mapping.
