Abstrak kegiatan coal getting di pt indonesia pacific energy bulan desember 2025 belum mencapai target produksi akibat hambatan operasional dan ketidakseimbangan kerja antara alat gali muat dan alat angkut. penelitian bertujuan menganalisis produktivitas sistem coal getting melalui analisis match factor, fuel ratio, serta identifikasi akar penyebab ketidaktercapaian target produksi menggunakan fault tree analysis (fta). metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif melalui pengamatan time study, pengolahan data produksi, cycle time, match factor, fuel consumption, fuel ratio dan analisis fta. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produksi aktual hanya mencapai 19.992,77 ton/bulan atau 38,29% dari target 52.217 ton/bulan, dengan nilai match factor aktual sebesar 0,51 dan fuel ratio 0,45 liter/ton. faktor hambatan dominan berdasarkan fta adalah tingginya delay time akibat hujan dan slippery, sedangkan match factor rendah menjadi prioritas perbaikan. simulasi penambahan dump truck menjadi 4 unit meningkatkan match factor menjadi 1,02, produksi menjadi 39.985,54 ton/bulan atau 76,58% dari target, serta menurunkan fuel ratio menjadi 0,28 liter/ton. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan keserasian kerja alat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan produktivitas dan efisiensi penggunaan bahan bakar kegiatan coal getting. kata kunci: coal getting, match factor, produktivitas, fuel ratio, fault tree analysis (fta).

Abstract
ABSTRACT Coal getting activities at PT Indonesia Pacific Energy in December 2025 have not reached the production target due to operational obstacles and work imbalances between excavation, loading equipment and transportation equipment. The research aims to analyze the productivity of the coal getting system through the analysis of match factors, fuel ratios and the identification of the root causes of the non-achievement of production targets using Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). The research method used is quantitative descriptive through observation of time study, production data processing, cycle time, match factor, fuel consumption, fuel ratio and FTA analysis. The results showed that actual production only reached 19,992.77 tons/month or 38.29% of the target of 52,217 tons/month, with an actual match factor value of 0.51 and a fuel ratio of 0.45 liters/ton. The dominant obstacle factor based on FTA is high delay time due to rain and slippery, while low match factor is a priority for improvement. The simulation of adding dump trucks to 4 units increased the match factor to 1.02, production to 39,985.54 tons/month or 76.58% of the target, and lowered the fuel ratio to 0.28 liters/ton. The results of this study show that increasing the work harmony of tools has an effect on increasing the productivity and efficiency of fuel use of coal getting activities.
