Weak lane discipline (wld) merupakan perilaku pengguna jalan yang tidak mematuhi disiplin lajur saat antrian di simpang bersinyal, seperti berhenti di luar lajur atau melewati garis henti. kondisi tersebut dapat mengganggu pelepasan arus kendaraan ketika sinyal berubah menjadi hijau sehingga meningkatkan waktu hilang awal dan memengaruhi arus jenuh dasar. penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh antrian wld terhadap waktu hilang awal pada simpang bersinyal dodik di kota banda aceh, serta mengevaluasi arus jenuh dasar lapangan dan membandingkannya dengan pkji 2023. penelitian dilakukan melalui survei lapangan menggunakan rekaman video drone pada jam puncak pagi dan sore selama satu hari kerja. data yang dikumpulkan meliputi kondisi wld, waktu hilang awal, dan arus jenuh dasar lapangan. analisis dilakukan dengan membandingkan kondisi wld dan non wld serta mengkalibrasi model arus jenuh dasar menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wld didominasi oleh sepeda motor dengan tiga bentuk utama, yaitu wld marka, wld garis, dan wld marka-garis. rata-rata waktu hilang awal pada kondisi wld sebesar 6,10 detik, sedangkan non wld sebesar 5,76 detik. model kalibrasi menghasilkan persamaan arus jenuh dasar j₀ = 331le, lebih rendah dibandingkan model pkji 2023 sebesar j₀ = 600le. kata kunci: simpang bersinyal, weak lane discipline, waktu hilang awal, arus jenuh dasar, regresi linier, pkji.

Abstract
Weak lane discipline (WLD) is a traffic behavior in which road users do not comply with lane discipline while queuing at signalized intersections, such as stopping outside the designated lane or beyond the stop line. This condition may disrupt traffic discharge when the signal turns green, resulting in increased start-up lost time and affecting the base saturation flow. This study aims to analyze the effect of WLD queues on start-up lost time at the Dodik Signalized Intersection in Banda Aceh and to evaluate the observed base saturation flow by comparing it with the Indonesian Highway Capacity Guidelines (PKJI 2023). Field data were collected using drone video recordings during the morning and afternoon peak hours on a weekday. The collected data included WLD conditions, start-up lost time, and observed base saturation flow. The analysis was conducted by comparing WLD and non-WLD conditions, followed by calibrating the base saturation flow model using simple linear regression. The results indicate that WLD was predominantly caused by motorcycles and occurred in three forms: lane-marking WLD, stop-line WLD, and combined lane-marking and stop-line WLD. The average start-up lost time under WLD conditions was 6.10 s, compared with 5.76 s under non-WLD conditions. The calibrated base saturation flow model was J₀ = 331Le, which is lower than the PKJI 2023 model of J₀ = 600Le.
