Kegiatan coal getting dan coal hauling merupakan tahapan penting dalam produksi tambang batu bara yang berpengaruh langsung terhadap pencapaian target produksi. penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis produktivitas aktual kegiatan coal getting dan coal hauling, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kehilangan produksi, serta menentukan upaya optimalisasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi di pt quantus contractor & management service (qcm) site pt nirmala coal nusantara (ncn). metode penelitian meliputi analisis cycle time alat gali-muat dan alat angkut, analisis produktivitas aktual, evaluasi waktu hambatan, analisis match factor, serta evaluasi kondisi geometri jalan hauling. data diperoleh melalui observasi lapangan, pengukuran langsung, dan data operasional perusahaan pada februari 2026. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas alat gali-muat berada dalam kondisi optimal dan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan produksi. produktivitas alat angkut mencapai 8.557,84 ton/hari dengan potensi produksi teoritis sebesar 239.619,52 ton/bulan. setelah memperhitungkan hambatan operasional berupa rain and slippery hours sebesar 122,43 jam, produksi aktual yang dicapai sebesar 163.910,15 ton atau 109,27% dari target produksi perusahaan sebesar 150.000 ton/bulan. faktor utama yang memengaruhi kehilangan produksi adalah tingginya curah hujan yang menyebabkan kondisi rain and slippery, peningkatan cycle time dump truck, serta kondisi jalan hauling yang belum optimal. upaya optimalisasi yang direkomendasikan meliputi perbaikan geometri jalan hauling, optimalisasi sistem operasional alat angkut, peningkatan disiplin kerja operator, optimalisasi pengisian vessel dump truck, dan evaluasi match factor secara berkala. kata kunci: coal getting, coal hauling, cycle time, match factor, geometri jalan, produktivitas



Abstract

Coal getting and coal hauling are important stages in coal mining operations that directly affect production target achievement. This study aims to analyze the actual productivity of coal getting and coal hauling activities, identify factors affecting production losses, and determine optimization efforts to improve production efficiency at PT Quantus Contractor & Management Service (QCM) Site PT Nirmala Coal Nusantara (NCN). The research methods included cycle time analysis of loading and hauling equipment, actual productivity analysis, operational delay evaluation, match factor analysis, and hauling road geometry assessment. Data were collected through field observations, direct measurements, and company operational records in February 2026. The results showed that the excavator productivity was optimal and capable of meeting production requirements. Haulage productivity reached 8,557.84 tons/day with a theoretical production potential of 239,619.52 tons/month. After considering operational constraints in the form of 122.43 hours of rain and slippery conditions, actual production reached 163,910.15 tons or 109.27% of the company’s target of 150,000 tons/month. The main factors affecting production losses were high rainfall, increased dump truck cycle time, and suboptimal hauling road conditions. Recommended optimization efforts include improving hauling road geometry, optimizing haulage operations, improving operator discipline, maximizing dump truck vessel loading, and periodically evaluating the match factor.
