Cabai merah (capsicum annuum l.) merupakan komoditas hortikultura yang banyak dibudidayakan karena memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi. cabai merah memiliki kandungan gizi tinggi seperti protein 1,0 g, lemak 0,3 g, karbohidrat 7,3 g, kalsium 29 mg, fosfor, besi, vitamin a, vitamin c 18 mg, vitamin b1 0,05 mg dan senyawa alkaloid, seperti capsaicin, flavonoid serta minyak esensial. produksi cabai merah di indonesia tergolong fluktuatif, sehingga diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan produksi tanaman cabai merah melalui pemupukan dengan menggunakan ekoenzim sebagai pupuk organik. penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok pola nonfaktorial yang terdiri dari 7 perlakuan dengan 3 ulangan. perlakuan yang diteliti meliputi kontrol tanpa ekoenzim (e0), ekoenzim 8 jenis kulit buah (nanas, mangga, jeruk, pepaya, naga, pisang, melon, dan semangka) dosis 10 ml l-1 (e1), ekoenzim 7 jenis kulit buah (nanas, mangga, jeruk, pepaya, naga, pisang, dan semangka) dosis 10 ml l-1 (e2), ekoenzim 7 jenis kulit buah (nanas, mangga, jeruk, pepaya, naga, pisang, dan melon) dosis 10 ml l-1 (e3), ekoenzim 8 jenis kulit buah (nanas, mangga, jeruk, pepaya, naga, pisang, melon, dan semangka) dosis 30 ml l-1 (e4), ekoenzim 7 jenis kulit buah (nanas, mangga, jeruk, pepaya, naga, pisang, dan semangka) dosis 30 ml l-1 (e5), dan ekoenzim 7 jenis kulit buah (nanas, mangga, jeruk, pepaya, naga, pisang, dan melon) dosis 30 ml l-1 (e6). peubah yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah cabang produktif, umur berbunga, jumlah buah per tanaman, berat buah per tanaman, panjang buah, dan diameter buah. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ekoenzim berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 45 hst, diameter batang umur 45 hst, dan jumlah cabang produktif, serta berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap umur berbunga tanaman cabai merah. perlakuan terbaik diperoleh pada perlakuan e1 ekoenzim 8 jenis kulit buah (nanas, mangga, jeruk, pepaya, naga, pisang, melon dan semangka) dosis 10 ml l-1.



Abstract

Red chili peppers (Capsicum annuum L.) are a widely cultivated horticultural crop due to their high economic value. Red chili peppers are rich in nutrients, including 1.0 g of protein, 0.3 g of fat, 7.3 g of carbohydrates, 29 mg of calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin A, 18 mg of vitamin C, 0.05 mg of vitamin B1, and alkaloids such as capsaicin, flavonoids, and essential oils. Red chili pepper production in Indonesia is highly variable, necessitating efforts to increase production through fertilization using ecoenzymes as an organic fertilizer. This study employed a non-factorial Randomized Block Design consisting of 7 treatments with 3 replications. The treatments studied included a control without ecoenzymes (E0), ecoenzymes derived from 8 types of fruit peels (pineapple, mango, orange, papaya, dragon fruit, banana, melon, and watermelon) at a dose of 10 mL L⁻¹ (E1), ecoenzyme from 7 types of fruit peels (pineapple, mango, orange, papaya, dragon fruit, banana, and watermelon) at a dose of 10 mL L⁻¹ (E2), ecoenzyme from 7 types of fruit peels (pineapple, mango, orange, papaya, dragon fruit, banana, and melon) at a dose of 10 mL L-1 (E3), ecoenzyme from 8 types of fruit peels (pineapple, mango, orange, papaya, dragon fruit, banana, melon, and watermelon) at a dose of 30 mL L-1 (E4), ecoenzyme from 7 types of fruit peels (pineapple, mango, orange, papaya, dragon fruit, banana, and watermelon) at a dose of 30 mL L-1 (E5), and ecoenzyme from 7 types of fruit peels (pineapple, mango, orange, papaya, dragon fruit, banana, and cantaloupe) at a dose of 30 mL L-1 (E6). The observed variables included plant height, stem diameter, number of productive branches, time to flowering, number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per plant, fruit length, and fruit diameter. The results showed that the application of ecoenzymes had a significant effect on plant height at 45 days after sowing, stem diameter at 45 days after sowing, and the number of productive branches, as well as a highly significant effect on the flowering age of red chili plants. The best results were obtained with treatment E1, which consisted of ecoenzymes derived from the peels of eight types of fruit (pineapple, mango, orange, papaya, dragon fruit, banana, melon, and watermelon) at a dose of 10 mL L⁻¹.
