[skripsi. universitas syiah kuala]. di bawah bimbingan dra. latifah hanum, m.si. dan ratu fazlia inda rahmayani, s.pd., m.sc. penilaian pelaksanaan proyek pada materi buffer memerlukan instrumen terstruktur untuk mengukur kinerja proses dan kolaborasi peserta didik secara objektif. penelitian pengembangan atau research and development (r&d) dengan model rowntree dan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif ini bertujuan menganalisis kelayakan instrumen penilaian pelaksanaan proyek peserta didik pada materi buffer yang dikembangkan berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli dan mengevaluasi tanggapan guru kimia terhadap instrumen penilaian pelaksanaan proyek yang dikembangkan. subjek penelitian melibatkan 16 guru kimia dari 8 sekolah di banda aceh yang dipilih karena memiliki pengalaman melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran berbasis proyek di kelas. pengembangan instrumen mencakup lima tahapan proyek, yaitu penentuan topik, perencanaan proyek, pelaksanaan, monitoring, serta evaluasi. validitas instrumen diukur menggunakan content validity index (cvi) dan reliabilitas menggunakan inter-rater agreement (ira) oleh dosen ahli, sementara kepraktisan dianalisis melalui angket respons guru kimia. hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai cvi sebesar 0,96 dengan kategori sangat valid dan nilai ira sebesar 94,12% dengan kategori sangat konsisten. hasil angket respons praktisi menunjukkan instrumen berada dalam kategori sangat praktis dengan nilai respons sebesar 87,19. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa instrumen yang dikembangkan memiliki alur kerja yang logis dan mampu memfasilitasi guru dalam melakukan penilaian proses proyek secara efisien. instrumen penilaian pelaksanaan proyek peserta didik pada materi buffer ini dinyatakan sangat layak dan sangat praktis berdasarkan hasil validasi dosen ahli dan respons dari praktisi, sehingga instrumen ini memenuhi syarat sebagai perangkat penilaian sistematis yang mampu meminimalkan bias subjektivitas guru dalam menilai proyek peserta didik secara komprehensif. kata kunci: instrumen penilaian, pelaksanaan proyek, buffer

Nadia Natasya. (2026). Development of Assessment Instruments for Students' Project Implementation on Buffer Material. [Skripsi. Universitas Syiah Kuala]. Under direction of Dra. Latifah Hanum, M.Si. and Ratu Fazlia Inda Rahmayani, S.Pd., M.Sc. Project implementation assessment in buffer solutions requires structured instruments to objectively measure students' process performance and collaboration. This Research and Development (R&D) study, utilizing the Rowntree model and a descriptive qualitative approach, aims to analyze the feasibility of the developed student project implementation assessment instrument in buffer solutions based on expert validation results and to evaluate chemistry teachers' responses toward the developed instrument. The research subjects involved 16 chemistry teachers from 8 schools in Banda Aceh, selected due to their experience in implementing project-based learning activities in the classroom. The instrument development encompasses five project stages: topic determination, project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. Instrument validity was measured using the Content Validity Index (CVI) and reliability was assessed through Inter-Rater Agreement (IRA) by expert lecturers, while practicality was analyzed through chemistry teacher response questionnaires. The analysis results showed a CVI value of 0.96 in the highly valid category and an IRA value of 94.12% in the highly consistent category. The practitioner response questionnaire results indicated that the instrument fell into the highly practical category with a response score of 87.19. The findings of this study demonstrate that the developed instrument possesses a logical workflow and is capable of facilitating teachers in conducting project process assessments efficiently. This student project implementation assessment instrument in buffer solutions is declared highly feasible and highly practical based on expert lecturer validation and practitioner responses; thus, it qualifies as a systematic assessment tool capable of minimizing teacher subjectivity bias in comprehensively assessing student projects.
