[skripsi. universitas syiah kuala]. dibawah bimbingan dr. safrida, s.pd., m.si., aifo dan devi syafrianti, s.pd., m.si. budidaya ikan gurami (osphronemus gouramy lac.) bernilai ekonomis tinggi, namun kesehatan ikan, khususnya kerusakan hati akibat kualitas pakan, masih menjadi kendala. pemanfaatan senggani (melastoma malabathricum l.) sebagai bahan hepatoprotektif dan terasi sebagai atraktan berpotensi menjadi alternatif pakan, tetapi pengaruh kombinasinya terhadap histopatologi hati ikan gurami belum pernah dikaji. penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pakan campuran tepung senggani (melastoma malabathricum l.) dan terasi terhadap histopatologi hati (jumlah sel nekrosis dan area hemoragi) ikan gurami (osphronemus gouramy lac.). penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan acak lengkap (ral) yang terdiri atas 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. parameter penelitian ini adalah gambaran histopatologi hati ikan gurami yang diamati jumlah sel nekrosis dan area hemoragi. data dianalisis menggunakan uji analisis varian (anava) dan dilanjutkan dengan uji beda nyata jujur (bnj). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata jumlah sel nekrosis tertinggi pada p2 yaitu 640,75, sedangkan rata-rata jumlah sel nekrosis terendah pada p5 yaitu 521,75. rata-rata jumlah area hemoragi tertinggi pada p2 yaitu 4, sedangkan rata-rata jumlah area hemoragi terendah pada p5 yaitu 2,75. berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pakan campuran tepung senggani berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah sel nekrosis dan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap area hemoragi hati ikan gurami. kata kunci: histopatologi, hati, ikan gurami, senggani, terasi.

Universitas Syiah Kuala]. Under direction of Dr. Safrida, S.Pd., M.Si., AIFO and Devi Syafrianti, S.Pd., M.Si. Gourami (Osphronemus gouramy Lac.) cultivation has high economic value, but fish health, especially liver damage due to feed quality, remains a challenge. The use of senggani (Melastoma malabathricum L.) as a hepatoprotective agent and shrimp paste as an attractant has the potential to be an alternative feed, but the effect of their combination on gourami liver histopathology has never been studied. This study aims to determine the effect of feeding a mixture of senggani (Melastoma malabathricum L.) flour and shrimp paste on liver histopathology (number of necrotic cells and hemorrhagic areas) of gourami (Osphronemus gouramy Lac.). This study used an experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments and 4 replications. The parameters of this study were the histopathological features of gourami livers, which were observed in terms of the number of necrotic cells and hemorrhagic areas. Data were analyzed using the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) test and continued with the Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) test. The results of the study showed that the highest average number of necrotic cells was in P2, namely 640.75, while the lowest average number of necrotic cells was in P5, namely 521.75. The highest average number of hemorrhagic areas in P2 was 4, while the lowest average number of hemorrhagic areas in P5 was 2.75. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the provision of a mixture of senggani flour has a significant effect on the number of necrotic cells and has no significant effect on the hemorrhagic area of the gourami liver.
