Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman jenis, dominansi, dan hubungan kekerabatan lobster di perairan kabupaten simeulue, aceh. metode yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling pada 13 lokasi dan melibatkan nelayan pada proses penangkapan lobster. penelitian ini dilakukan selama 6 bulan dimulai bulan januari sampai dengan bulan juni 2026. analisis data menggunakan indeks shannon-wiener, indeks dominansi simpson, dan indeks similaritas sorensen. ciri morfologi dianalisis dalam bentuk dendrogram menggunakan software ntsys. hasil penelitian ditemukan 6 spesies lobster dengan total 605 individu yaitu panulirus penicillatus, p. versicolor, p. longipes, p. homarus, p. ornatus, dan parribacus antarcticus. spesies paling dominan didapatkan adalah p. penicillatus sedangkan p. ornatus paling sedikit. nilai indeks keanekaragaman didapatkan sebesar 1,293 yang tergolong sedang, nilai indeks dominansi 0,354 rendah, dan similaritas sorensen berkisar pada nilai 0-1. dendrogram menunjukkan p. ornatus dan p. versicolor berada pada satu cabang demikian pula pada p. penicillatus dan p. homarus. panulirus longipes berada pada cabang lebih jauh sedangkan p. antarcticus cabang paling terpisah. penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi dasar pengelolaan perikanan berkelanjutan di kabupaten simeulue. kata kunci: keanekaragaman, lobster, dominansi, kekerabatan, dendrogram, simeulue

Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the species diversity, dominance, and phylogenetic relationships of lobsters in the waters of Simeulue Regency, Aceh. A purposive sampling method was employed at 13 sampling locations, involving local fishermen in the lobster collection process. The study was carried out over a six-month period, from January to June 2026. Data were analyzed using the Shannon-Wiener diversity index, Simpson dominance index, and Sorensen similarity index. Morphological characteristics were analyzed and presented in the form of a dendrogram using NTSYS software. The results revealed six lobster species with a total of 605 individuals, namely Panulirus penicillatus, P. versicolor, P. longipes, P. homarus, P. ornatus, and Parribacus antarcticus. The most dominant species was P. penicillatus, while P. ornatus was the least abundant. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index was 1.293, indicating a moderate level of diversity, while the Simpson dominance index was 0.354, indicating low dominance. The Sorensen similarity index ranged from 0 to 1. The dendrogram showed that P. ornatus and P. versicolor were grouped within the same branch, as were P. penicillatus and P. homarus. Panulirus longipes was positioned on a more distant branch, whereas P. antarcticus formed the most distinct branch.
