Md shahia interior merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang jasa dan produksi interior serta furnitur. dalam menjalankan operasionalnya, perusahaan melibatkan berbagai aktivitas rantai pasok, mulai dari perencanaan, pengadaan bahan baku, proses produksi, hingga pengiriman produk kepada pelanggan. pengelolaan rantai pasok yang baik diperlukan untuk memenuhi tuntutan pelanggan terhadap kualitas dan ketepatan waktu proyek. namun, hingga saat ini md shahia interior belum memiliki sistem pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok yang terstruktur sehingga kesulitan dalam mengidentifikasi kelemahan dan menentukan prioritas perbaikan. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja manajemen rantai pasok md shahia interior, menentukan indikator kinerja yang menjadi prioritas perbaikan, serta menyusun usulan strategi perbaikan. pengukuran kinerja dilakukan menggunakan metode supply chain operations reference (scor) pada empat proses utama, yaitu plan, source, make, dan deliver, yang mencakup atribut reliability, responsiveness, dan cost. pembobotan indikator dilakukan menggunakan metode analytical hierarchy process (ahp), normalisasi menggunakan snorm de boer, dan evaluasi kinerja menggunakan traffic light system (tls). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai kinerja manajemen rantai pasok md shahia interior sebesar 89,97 yang termasuk dalam kategori good. dari 22 indikator kinerja yang diukur, terdapat 13 indikator berkategori hijau, 3 indikator berkategori kuning, dan 6 indikator berkategori merah. indikator yang menjadi prioritas perbaikan meliputi lead time pemenuhan bahan baku, biaya pembelian bahan baku, biaya pengiriman bahan baku, waktu penyelesaian produksi, biaya produksi, dan biaya pengiriman. strategi perbaikan yang diusulkan meliputi evaluasi dan pengelolaan pemasok, perencanaan pembelian dan produksi yang lebih terstruktur, pengendalian penggunaan bahan baku, serta optimalisasi aktivitas pengiriman.



Abstract

MD Shahia Interior is a business engaged in interior design services and furniture manufacturing. In carrying out its operations, the company involves various supply chain activities, ranging from planning, raw material procurement, and production processes to product delivery to customers. Effective supply chain management is essential to meet customer demands regarding product quality and project completion timeliness. However, MD Shahia Interior has not yet implemented a structured supply chain performance measurement system, making it difficult to identify weaknesses and determine improvement priorities. This study aims to measure the supply chain management performance of MD Shahia Interior, identify performance indicators that require priority improvement, and propose improvement strategies. Performance measurement was conducted using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) method covering four main processes, namely plan, source, make, and deliver, which include the attributes of reliability, responsiveness, and cost. Indicator weighting was carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, normalization was performed using the Snorm de Boer method, and performance evaluation was conducted using the Traffic Light System (TLS). The results showed that the overall supply chain management performance score of MD Shahia Interior was 89,97, which falls into the good category. Of the 22 performance indicators measured, 13 were classified as green, 3 as yellow, and 6 as red. The indicators requiring priority improvement include raw material fulfillment lead time, raw material purchasing cost, raw material transportation cost, production completion time, production cost, and delivery cost. The proposed improvement strategies include supplier evaluation and management, more structured purchasing and production planning, control of raw material usage, and optimization of delivery activities.
