Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pembentukan sikap sosial siswa di sekolah dasar melalui strategi yang diterapkan guru dalam proses pembelajaran. sikap sosial seperti jujur, disiplin, tanggung jawab, santun, peduli, toleransi, dan percaya diri perlu dibentuk sejak dini agar siswa mampu berinteraksi secara baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun masyarakat. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi guru dalam membentuk sikap sosial siswa di sd negeri pertiwi lamgarot aceh besar. penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. subjek penelitian terdiri atas enam guru kelas, yaitu guru kelas i sampai kelas vi. teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara terstruktur. data dianalisis menggunakan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi guru dalam membentuk sikap sosial siswa dilakukan melalui keteladanan dan pembiasaan, penegakan aturan, pemberian tugas dan tanggung jawab, serta pembinaan sikap santun, peduli, toleransi, dan percaya diri. guru juga menerapkan pemberian reward dan sanksi yang bersifat mendidik, menciptakan suasana belajar yang nyaman, serta memberikan motivasi kepada siswa. strategi yang paling dominan digunakan adalah keteladanan dan pembiasaan karena dinilai efektif dalam membentuk perilaku sosial siswa secara bertahap dan berkelanjutan di lingkungan sekolah. simpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi guru memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk sikap sosial siswa melalui keteladanan dan pembiasaan yang diterapkan secara konsisten dalam kegiatan sehari-hari di lingkungan sekolah.



Abstract

This research was motivated by the importance of developing students’ social attitudes in elementary schools through strategies implemented by teachers during the learning process. Social attitudes such as honesty, discipline, responsibility, politeness, caring, tolerance, and self-confidence need to be developed from an early age so that students are able to interact positively within the school and community environment. This study aimed to analyze teachers’ strategies in shaping students’ social attitudes at SD Negeri Pertiwi Lamgarot Aceh Besar. The study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. The research subjects consisted of six classroom teachers from grades I to VI. Data were collected through observations and structured interviews. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The findings showed that teachers’ strategies in shaping students’ social attitudes were implemented through modeling and habituation, rule enforcement, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and fostering politeness, caring, tolerance, and self-confidence. Teachers also applied educational rewards and sanctions, created a comfortable learning atmosphere, and provided motivation to students. The most dominant strategies used were modeling and habituation because they were considered effective in gradually and continuously shaping students’ social behavior in the school environment. The research conclusion shows that teacher strategies have an important role in shaping students' social attitudes through role models and habits that are applied consistently in daily activities in the school environment.
