Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual dan work-life balance terhadap management excellence pada pt solusi bangun andalas dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel pemediasi. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap di pabrik semen pt solusi bangun andalas berjumlah 106 orang. penentuan jumlah sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sesnsus dimana keseluruhan populasi akan dijadikan sebagai sampel. analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode structural equation modelling (sem). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan spiritual, work-life balance, kepuasan kerja, dan management excellence pt solusi bangun andalas berada pada kategori baik. selanjutnya, hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan spiritual dan work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. kecerdasan spiritual dan work-life balance juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap management excellence. kepuasan kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap management excellence. selain itu, kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual dan work-life balance terhadap management excellence pt solusi bangun andalas. kata kunci: kecerdasan spiritual, work-life balance, kepuasan kerja, management excellence

This study aims to examine the influence of spiritual intelligence and work–life balance on management excellence at PT Solusi Bangun Andalas, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population of this study consists of all permanent employees at the PT Solusi Bangun Andalas cement plant, totaling 106 employees. The sample size was determined using a census technique, in which the entire population was included as the sample. Data analysis in this study employed the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results indicate that spiritual intelligence, work–life balance, job satisfaction, and management excellence at PT Solusi Bangun Andalas are in the good category. Furthermore, the hypothesis testing results show that spiritual intelligence and work–life balance have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Spiritual intelligence and work–life balance also have a positive and significant effect on management excellence. Job satisfaction is proven to have a positive and significant effect on management excellence. In addition, job satisfaction significantly mediates the influence of spiritual intelligence and work–life balance on management excellence at PT Solusi Bangun Andalas..
