Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh workplace incivility dan workload terhadap job satisfaction dengan burnout sebagai variabel mediasi pada perawat di rumah sakit ibu dan anak pemerintah aceh. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat di rumah sakit ibu dan anak pemerintah aceh yang berjumlah 147 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik sampling sensus. metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis sem-pls. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) workplace incivility berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction; (2) workload berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction; (3) workplace incivility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout; (4) workload berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout; (5) burnout berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction; (6) burnout mampu memediasi secara parsial pengaruh workplace incivility terhadap job satisfaction; dan (7) burnout mampu memediasi secara parsial pengaruh workload terhadap job satisfaction. temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa burnout berperan penting dalam menjembatani pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap job satisfaction. oleh karena itu, manajemen perlu mengendalikan workplace incivility dan workload untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat. kata kunci: workplace incivility, workload, burnout, job satisfaction



Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of workplace incivility and workload on job satisfaction with burnout as a mediating variable in nurses at the Aceh Government Maternity and Child Hospital. The population in this study were all 147 nurses at the Aceh Government Maternity and Child Hospital, using census sampling techniques. The method used was a quantitative approach with SEM-PLS analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that: (1) Workplace incivility had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction; (2) Workload had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction; (3) Workplace incivility had a positive and significant effect on burnout; (4) Workload had a positive and significant effect on burnout; (5) Burnout had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction; (6) Burnout was able to partially mediate the effect of workplace incivility on job satisfaction; and (7) Burnout was able to partially mediate the effect of workload on job satisfaction. These findings indicate that burnout plays an important role in bridging the influence of the work environment on job satisfaction. Therefore, management needs to control workplace incivility and workload to improve nurse job satisfaction. Keywords: Workplace Incivility, Workload, Burnout, Job Satisfaction.
