Kementerian pendidikan tinggi, sains, dan teknologi universitas syiah kuala fakultas keperawatan program studi magister keperawatan tesis 27 april 2026 xvi + v bab + 103 halaman + 13 tabel + 3 gambar + 14 lampiran heri eka putra npm : 2412201010018 hubungan implementasi aplikasi ekinerja dengan kepuasan kerja perawat di rsud dr. zainoel abidin abstrak implementasi ekinerja bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan akuntabilitas penilaian kinerja, namun masih menghadapi kendala seperti orientasi administratif, keterbatasan sistem, dan variasi kemampuan pengguna. rsud dr. zainoel abidin belum pernah melakukan evaluasi implementasi ekinerja dalam dimensi penerimaan teknologi oleh perawat dengan kepuasan kerja perawat. penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan implementasi aplikasi ekinerja dengan kepuasan kerja perawat di rsud dr. zainoel abidin. penelitian menggunakan desain cross-sectional. sampel penelitian berjumlah 519 perawat pelaksana di unit rawat inap dengan response rate 92,35% dari total populasi 562 perawat, menggunakan teknik total sampling. data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner technology acceptance model (tam) yang mencakup persepsi kegunaan, kemudahan penggunaan, sikap terhadap penggunaan, dan penerimaan pengguna, serta minnesota satisfaction questionnaire (msq) untuk mengukur kepuasan kerja. analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji chi-square, dan regresi logistik biner. hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi ekinerja berhubungan signifikan dengan kepuasan kerja perawat (χ² = 38,165; p < 0,001). seluruh subvariabel tam juga memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan kepuasan kerja perawat, persepsi kegunaan (χ² = 35.650, p < 0.001), demikian pula kemudahan penggunaan (χ² = 33.660, p < 0.001), sikap pengguna (χ² = 39.893, p < 0.001), dan penerimaan pengguna (χ² = 25.941, p < 0.001). analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan pengguna merupakan faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan kepuasan kerja perawat (p < 0,001; or = 1,097; 95% ci: 1,054–1,141). temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya institusi meningkatkan penerimaan pengguna ekinerja melalui pelatihan dan perbaikan sistem untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat secara optimal. kata kunci : ekinerja; kepuasan kerja perawat; penerimaan teknologi daftar pustaka : 9 buku, 89 artikel, 13 sumber online (2007-2026)

ZAINOEL ABIDIN ABSTRACT The implementation of the eKinerja application is intended to improve the efficiency and accountability of employee performance appraisal systems. However, challenges remain, including administrative-oriented utilization, system limitations, and differences in users’ technological competencies. No previous study has evaluated eKinerja implementation in relation to technology acceptance and nurses’ job satisfaction at RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin. This study aimed to examine the association between eKinerja implementation and nurses’ job satisfaction. A cross-sectional study was conducted among 519 staff nurses working in inpatient units, representing a response rate of 92.35% from a total population of 562 nurses. Participants were recruited using total sampling. Data were collected using a Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)-based questionnaire measuring perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward use, and user acceptance, while job satisfaction was assessed using the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, chi-square tests, and binary logistic regression. The results showed a significant association between eKinerja implementation and nurses’ job satisfaction (χ² = 38.165, p < 0.001). All TAM dimensions were significantly associated with job satisfaction: perceived usefulness (χ² = 35.650, p < 0.001), perceived ease of use (χ² = 33.660, p < 0.001), attitude toward use (χ² = 39.893, p < 0.001), and user acceptance (χ² = 25.941, p < 0.001). User acceptance emerged as the strongest predictor of job satisfaction (OR = 1.097; 95% CI: 1.054–1.141; p < 0.001). Strengthening user acceptance through training and system improvements may enhance nurses’ job satisfaction.
