Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh communication training dan frequent of internal meeting terhadap job satisfaction pada perawat rumah sakit umum sultan iskandar muda nagan raya. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat yang berjumlah 305 orang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 173 responden dengan menggunakan metode penarikan sampel yaitu probability sampling dan jenis probability sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. metode analisis yang digunakan adalah partial least square (pls). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa communication training dan frequent of internal meeting, internal communication berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction. communication training dan frequent of internal meeting berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction. penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa internal communication memediasi secara parsial (partial) pengaruh communication training dan frequent of internal meeting terhadap job satisfaction. temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peran mediasi dari internal communication dalam memperkuat dampak positif job satisfaction pada perawat rumah sakit umum sultan iskandar muda nagan raya. kata kunci: communication training, frequent of internal meeting, internal communication, job satisfaction



Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Communication Training and Frequent Internal Meetings on Job Satisfaction in Nurses at Sultan Iskandar Muda General Hospital, Nagan Raya. The population in this study were all 305 nurses, with a sample size of 173 respondents using the sampling method, namely probability sampling and the type of probability sampling used in this study was Simple random sampling. The analysis method used was Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that Communication Training and Frequent Internal Meetings, Internal Communication had an effect on Job Satisfaction. Communication Training and Frequent Internal Meetings had an effect on Job Satisfaction. This study also found that Internal Communication partially mediated the effect of Communication Training and Frequent Internal Meetings on Job satisfaction. This finding confirms the importance of the mediating role of Internal Communication in strengthening the positive impact of Job Satisfaction on nurses at Sultan Iskandar Muda Nagan Raya.
