Abstrak penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada desember 2025 sampai februari 2026 di pelabuhan perikanan keude meukek, kabupaten aceh selatan, dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi strategi penghidupan nelayan pancing rawai serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap hasil penghidupan. penelitian menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan mixed methods terhadap 50 nelayan yang dipilih secara purposive sampling dan dianalisis menggunakan sustainable livelihood framework (slf). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi penghidupan nelayan dilakukan melalui pekerjaan sampingan, pemanfaatan tenaga kerja keluarga, dan pengelolaan pengeluaran rumah tangga. modal manusia memiliki nilai korelasi tertinggi terhadap hasil penghidupan (0,523), diikuti modal alam (0,348), modal fisik (0,154), dan modal finansial (0,124), sedangkan modal sosial memiliki korelasi negatif (-0,375). nilai persentase slf berkisar 76,00%–104,76% dengan rata-rata 87,87%, yang menunjukkan kondisi penghidupan nelayan tergolong baik. modal manusia menjadi faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap hasil penghidupan nelayan.. kata kunci: hasil penghidupan, nelayan pancing rawai, sustainable livelihood framework (slf), strategi penghidupan.



Abstract

ABTRACT This research was conducted from December 2025 to February 2026 at Keude Meukek Fishing Port, South Aceh Regency, with the aim of identifying the livelihood strategies employed by longline fishers and analyzing their impacts on livelihood outcomes. The study applied a survey method using a mixed-methods approach involving 50 fishers selected through purposive sampling and analyzed using the Sustainable Livelihood Framework (SLF). The results showed that fishers' livelihood strategies were implemented through secondary occupations, the utilization of family labor, and household expenditure management. Human capital had the highest correlation with livelihood outcomes (0.523), followed by natural capital (0.348), physical capital (0.154), and financial capital (0.124), while social capital showed a negative correlation (-0.375). The SLF percentage values ranged from 76.00% to 104.76%, with an average of 87.87%, indicating that the fishers’ livelihood conditions were generally categorized as good. Human capital was identified as the most influential factor affecting fishers’ livelihood outcomes.
