Jalan tambang merupakan infrastruktur utama dalam aktivitas penambangan yang berfungsi sebagai penghubung antara lokasi-lokasi penting di area tambang. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian geometri jalan angkut pada jalur front loading 4 menuju stockpile 6 di tambang batu kapur pt semen padang dengan standar kepmen no. 1827k/30/mem/2018. parameter geometri yang dianalisis meliputi kemiringan jalan (grade), lebar jalan lurus dan tikungan, kemiringan melintang (cross slope), jari-jari tikungan, superelevasi, serta kondisi drainase. metode penelitian digunakan dengan pengambilan data lapangan dan pengolahan menggunakan software agisoft metashape berbasis digital elevation model (dem), serta perhitungan teoritis untuk membandingkan kondisi aktual dengan standar. hasil penelitian ini mengevaluasi kemiringan jalan (grade) 11 yang dianalisis menemukan 4 titik melebihi standar maksimum 8%, yaitu titik 9-11 (8,74%), titik 13-15 (8,19%), titik 17-19 (9,55%), dan titik 19-21 (8,36%). lebar jalan lurus yang tidak memenuhi standar minimum 9,275 meter pada titik 2 senilai 9,1 meter. jari-jari tikungan pada titik 6 dan titik 11 yang belum memenuhi standar lebar minimum 13,562 meter. nilai cross slope pada titik 1, 2, 4, 7, 10, 14, 17, dan 22 tidak memenuhi standar 2%-4% sehingga memerlukan pemotongan. sementara itu, nilai superelevasi pada tikungan di titik 6 telah melampaui batas maksimum 5%. hasil analisa untuk drainase sepanjang jalan angkut dan harus dilakukan penambahan kiri dan kanan dengan lebar 0,6 meter dengan dalam 0,3 meter sesuai standar yang telah ditetapkan. hal ini membuktikan bahwa perbaikan geometri jalan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi hambatan waktu tempuh, dan mendukung pencapaian target produksi serta memastikan biaya pengangkutan batubara tetap efisien dan terkendali. kata kunci: geometri jalan angkut, evaluasi tambang, kepmen no. 1827k/30/mem/2018, fotogrametri, keselamatan kerja



Abstract

Mining roads are the main infrastructure in mining activities that function as a connection between important locations in the mining area. This study aims to evaluate the suitability of the haul road geometry on the Front Loading 4 route to Stockpile 6 in the PT Semen Padang limestone mine with the standards of Ministerial Decree No. 1827K/30/MEM/2018. The geometric parameters analyzed include road slope (grade), straight and curved road width, cross slope, curve radius, superelevation, and drainage conditions. The research method used is field data collection and processing using Agisoft Metashape software based on Digital Elevation Model (DEM), as well as theoretical calculations to compare actual conditions with standards. The results of this study evaluate the slope of the road (grade) 11 analyzed found 4 points exceeding the maximum standard of 8%, namely points 9-11 (8.74%), points 13-15 (8.19%), points 17-19 (9.55%), and points 19-21 (8.36%). The straight road width that does not meet the minimum standard of 9.275 meters at point 2 is 9.1 meters. The bend radius at points 6 and 11 does not meet the minimum width standard of 13.562 meters. The cross slope value at points 1, 2, 4, 7, 10, 14, 17, and 22 does not meet the standard of 2%-4% and therefore requires cutting. Meanwhile, the superelevation value at the bend at point 6 has exceeded the maximum limit of 5%. The results of the analysis for drainage along the haul road and must be added to the left and right with a width of 0.6 meters and a depth of 0.3 meters according to the established standards. This proves that improving road geometry can increase operational efficiency, reduce travel time constraints, and support the achievement of production targets while ensuring coal transportation costs remain efficient and controlled.
