Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi kepegawaian berbasis web di kejaksaan tinggi aceh guna mendukung pengelolaan data dan cuti pegawai secara lebih efektif dan efisien. sistem informasi dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php dengan framework laravel untuk mengatasi kendala optimalisasi pada sistem sebelumnya. sistem ini mencakup modul manajemen data pegawai, pengajuan cuti, mutasi, serta pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil dibangun dan berfungsi sesuai dengan kebutuhan fungsional instansi. berdasarkan pengujian usability menggunakan metode system usability scale (sus), diperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 72,1. hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sistem berada pada kategori good (baik) dan acceptable (dapat diterima), sehingga layak untuk diimplementasikan guna meningkatkan akurasi dan sistematisasi manajemen kepegawaian di kejaksaan tinggi aceh. kata kunci: sistem informasi kepegawaian, kejaksaan tinggi aceh, laravel, sus.

This research aims to develop a web-based personnel information system at the Aceh High Prosecutor’s Office to support more effective and efficient management of employee data and leave. The system was developed using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework to address the optimization issues of the previous system. This system includes modules for personnel data management, leave application, mutation, and education and training (diklat).The research results indicate that the system was successfully built and functions according to the agency’s functional requirements. Based on usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, an average score of 72.1 was obtained. This result indicates that the system is in the "Good" and "Acceptable" categories, making it suitable for implementation to improve the accuracy and systematization of personnel management at the Aceh High Prosecutor’s Office.
