Abstrak pemilihan distributor yang tepat merupakan keputusan strategis kritis dalam manajemen rantai pasok industri tepung terigu. pt. xyz wilayah aceh saat ini bermitra dengan lima distributor, namun manajemen berencana melakukan rasionalisasi menjadi dua distributor utama untuk meningkatkan efektivitas distribusi dan mengurangi konflik harga. penelitian ini mengintegrasikan metode analytical hierarchy process (ahp) dan technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution (topsis) untuk menganalisis dan perangkingan lima distributor berdasarkan enam kriteria utama yaitu kinerja operasional, kualitas layanan, finansial, logistik, kemitraan strategis, dan market network dan 25 subkriteria. data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner perbandingan berpasangan dari lima responden ahli dan diolah menggunakan software expert choice. hasil pembobotan ahp menunjukkan kriteria finansial memiliki bobot tertinggi (0,246), diikuti kinerja operasional (0,189), logistik (0,181), market network (0,167), kemitraan strategis (0,126), dan kualitas layanan (0,091). perangkingan topsis menghasilkan urutan: pt. iap (0,712), pt. aml (0,606), pt. bbc (0,461), cv. ks (0,324), dan pt. pam (0,296). berdasarkan hasil tersebut, pt. iap dan pt. aml direkomendasikan sebagai dua distributor utama tepung terigu xyz di wilayah aceh. pt.bbc dan cv.ks menjadi sub distributor, sedangkan pt.pam diputuskan untuk mengakhiri kerjasama kemitraan. kata kunci: analytical hierarchy process (ahp), technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution (topsis), distributor, tepung terigu, multi-criteria decision making



Abstract

Analysis of Distributor Selection for XYZ Wheat Flour in Aceh using the AHP–TOPSIS Method ABSTRACT Selecting the right distributor is a critical strategic decision in the supply chain management of the wheat flour industry. PT. XYZ, Aceh sales area, currently partners with five distributors; however, management plans to rationalize down to two primary distributors to improve distribution effectiveness and reduce price conflicts. This study integrates the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods to analyze and rank five distributors based on six main criteria : Operational Performance, Service Quality, Financial, Logistics, Strategic Partnership, and Market Network, and 25 sub criteria. Data were collected through pairwise comparison questionnaires from five expert respondents and processed using Expert Choice software. AHP weighting results show that Financial criteria has the highest weight (0.246), followed by Operational Performance (0.189), Logistics (0.181), Market Network (0.167), Strategic Partnership (0.126), and Service Quality (0.091). TOPSIS ranking produces the following order: PT. IAP (0.712), PT. AML (0.606), PT. BBC (0.461), CV. KS (0.324), and PT. PAM (0.296). Based on these results, PT. IAP and PT. AML are recommended as the two primary XYZ distributors in the Aceh region. PT. BBC and CV. KS are repositioned as sub-distributors, whereas PT. PAM is recommended for partnership termination.
