Terminal lueng bata banda aceh merupakan simpul transportasi darat yang secara administratif berkategori terminal tipe c, namun secara fungsional telah melayani pergerakan angkutan antarkota. namun, pengelolaan parkir di terminal ini masih belum tertata optimal, yang ditunjukkan oleh banyak marka parkir yang sudah memudar, belum jelasnya pemisahan area parkir berdasarkan jenis kendaraan, masih adanya kendaraan yang parkir di luar area terminal, serta belum tersedianya petugas pengatur parkir. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kapasitas parkir dan mengevaluasi manajemen parkir di terminal tipe c lueng bata banda aceh. penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei lapangan melalui observasi langsung, pencatatan kendaraan masuk dan keluar, pencatatan durasi parkir, serta pengukuran area parkir. survei dilaksanakan selama tiga hari, yaitu jumat, minggu, dan senin. data dianalisis menggunakan parameter kapasitas statis, akumulasi parkir, volume parkir, indeks parkir, durasi parkir, dan kebutuhan ruang parkir. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas statis parkir yang tersedia adalah 141 srp untuk sepeda motor dan 62 srp untuk mobil, sedangkan kebutuhan ruang parkir sebesar 121 srp untuk sepeda motor dan 50 srp untuk mobil. nilai indeks parkir tertinggi sebesar 68,79% untuk sepeda motor dan 62,90% untuk mobil, sehingga kapasitas parkir yang tersedia masih mampu memenuhi kebutuhan selama periode pengamatan. dengan demikian, permasalahan utama parkir di terminal ini bukan terletak pada keterbatasan kapasitas, melainkan pada manajemen parkir yang belum berjalan optimal. perbaikan yang direkomendasikan meliputi pengecatan ulang marka, penataan zonasi parkir berdasarkan jenis kendaraan, penertiban parkir di luar area terminal, penyediaan petugas pengatur parkir, serta pemasangan rambu parkir.

Abstract
Lueng Bata Terminal in Banda Aceh is a land transportation node that is administratively categorized as a Type C terminal, but functionally has served intercity transportation movements. However, parking management at this terminal has not yet been optimally organized, as indicated by many faded parking markings, the unclear separation of parking areas based on vehicle type, the presence of vehicles parked outside the terminal area, and the absence of parking attendants. This study aims to analyze parking capacity and evaluate parking management at Lueng Bata Type C Terminal, Banda Aceh. The research was conducted using a field survey method through direct observation, recording of incoming and outgoing vehicles, recording of parking duration, and measurement of the parking area. The survey was carried out over three days, namely Friday night, Sunday, and Monday. The data were analyzed using the parameters of static capacity, parking accumulation, parking volume, parking index, parking duration, and parking space requirements. The results show that the available static parking capacity is 141 parking space units (SRP) for motorcycles and 62 SRP for cars, while the parking space requirement is 121 SRP for motorcycles and 50 SRP for cars. The highest parking index was 68.79% for motorcycles and 62.90% for cars, indicating that the available parking capacity was still sufficient to meet parking demand during the observation period. Therefore, the main parking problem at this terminal lies not in limited capacity, but in parking management that has not yet been optimally implemented. The recommended improvements include repainting parking markings, reorganizing parking zones based on vehicle type, controlling parking outside the terminal area, providing parking attendants, and installing parking signs.
