Kurikulum merdeka merupakan kurikulum baru yang mengedepankan inovasi, fleksibilitas dan kemampuan peserta didik dalam penyesuaian terhadap perkembangan zaman. kurikulum merdeka pertama kali diterapkan di sma negeri 2 banda aceh pada tahun ajaran 2024/2025 di kelas xi. tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas dari perangkat pembelajaran berbasis discovery learning dengan media laboratorium virtual pada materi sistem pencernaan manusia serta persepsi guru terhadap perangkat pembelajaran yang disusun. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. subjek penelitian ini adalah para ahli pendidikan ahli pendidikan dan ahli media berjumlah 2 orang, guru biologi di sma negeri 2 banda aceh berjumlah 3 orang dan peserta didik kelas xii berjumlah 30 orang yang telah mempelajari materi sistem pencernaan manusia. perangkat pembelajaran yang disusun berupa modul ajar, lembar kerja peserta didik, media laboratorium virtual dianalisisi menggunakan uji validitas gregory dan interrater reliability dengan rumus cohen’s cappa, sedangkan instrumen tes dianalisis dengan uji validitas menggunakan rumus indeks aiken dan diberikan kepada peserta didik yang telah mempelajari materi sistem pencernaan manusia kemudian dianalisis validitasnya menggunakan rumus product moment, reliabilitas menggunakan rumus cronbach alpha, taraf kesukaran serta daya beda. persepsi guru dianalisis secara persentase rata-rata. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh perangkat pembelajaran yang disusun berbasis discovery learning berada dalam kategori “sangat valid” dan persepsi guru terhadap perangkat pembelajaran berbasis discovery learning berada dalam kategori sangat baik. hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran berbasis discovery learning dengan media laboratorium virtual pada materi sistem pencernaan manusia telah memenuhi standar validitas dan kepraktisan sehingga mampu untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran.



Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is a new curriculum that emphasizes innovation, flexibility, and students' ability to adapt to the development of the times. The Merdeka Curriculum was first implemented at SMA Negeri 2 Banda Aceh in the 2024/2025 academic year in grade XI. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of learning tools based on the Discovery Learning model using virtual laboratory media on the topic of the human digestive system, as well as teachers’ perceptions of the developed learning tools. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive research design. The research subjects consisted of two education experts and media experts, three biology teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Banda Aceh, and 30 twelfth-grade students who had studied the human digestive system material. The learning tools developed included teaching modules, Student Worksheets (LKPD), and virtual laboratory media. These learning tools were analyzed using the Gregory validity test and interrater reliability with Cohen’s Kappa formula, while the test instruments were analyzed using a validity test with Aiken’s index formula and administered to students who had studied the human digestive system material. The test results were then analyzed for validity using the Product Moment formula, reliability using Cronbach’s Alpha, difficulty level, and discrimination index. Teachers’ perceptions were analyzed using the average percentage method. The results showed that all developed learning tools based on Discovery Learning were categorized as “very valid,” and teachers’ perceptions of the Discovery Learning-based learning tools were categorized as very good. This indicates that the Discovery Learning-based learning tools with virtual laboratory media on the topic of the human digestive system have met the standards of validity and practicality, making them suitable to support the learning process.
