Abstrak abstrak tesis diserahkan kepada panitia komisi ujian untuk mendapatkan gelar magister manajemen pada fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis universitas syiah kuala pengaruh dukungan sosial dan orientasi sikap kewirausahaan terhadap niat kewirausahaan dimediasi modal psikologis pada mahasiswa universitas syiah kuala oleh rafif athallah azwar nim: 2401202010013 konsentrasi : manajemen sumber daya manusia pembimbing utama : prof. dr. muslim, se., mba., ak., ca pembimbing pembantu : dr. t. meldi kesuma, se., mm penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dukungan sosial dan orientasi sikap terhadap niat kewirausahaan yang dimediasi oleh modal psikologis pada mahasiswa universitas syiah kuala. dalam penelitian ini populasi adalah seluruh mahasiswa universitas syiah kuala jenjang s1 yang berjumlah 2.8863 orang. sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 180 mahasiswa. metode analisis yang digunakan adalah partial least square (pls). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap modal psikologis, orientasi sikap berpengaruh positif terhadap modal psikologis, dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap niat kewirausahaan, orientasi sikap berpengaruh positif terhadap niat kewirausahaan, modal psikologis berpengaruh positif terhadap niat kewirausahaan. selanjutnya untuk pengujian mediasi, modal psikologis memediasi secara parsial pengaruh dukungan sosial dan orientasi sikap terhadap niat kewirausahaan pada mahasiswa universitas syiah kuala. kata kunci: dukungan sosial, orientasi sikap, modal psikologis, niat kewirausahaan

THE INFLUENCE OF SOCIAL SUPPORT AND ENTREPRENEURIAL ATTITUDE ORIENTATION ON ENTREPRENEURIAL INTENTION MEDIATED BY PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL AMONG STUDENTS OF SYIAH KUALA UNIVERSITY By RAFIF ATHALLAH AZWAR NIM: 2401202010013 Specialization : Prof. Dr. Muslim, SE., MBA., Ak., CA Co-Supervisor : Dr. T. Meldi Kesuma, SE., MM This study aims to examine the influence of social support and attitude orientation on entrepreneurial intention, mediated by psychological capital, among students of Syiah Kuala University. The population of this study consisted of all undergraduate (S1) students of Syiah Kuala University, totaling 28,863 students. The sample used in this study was 180 students. The analytical method employed was Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of the study indicate that social support has a positive effect on psychological capital, attitude orientation has a positive effect on psychological capital, social support has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, attitude orientation has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, and psychological capital has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, the mediation test shows that psychological capital partially mediates the relationship between social support and attitude orientation with entrepreneurial intention among students of Syiah Kuala University.
