Pengelolaan data produksi dan kesehatan ayam broiler di tingkat peternakan umumnya masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan keterlambatan pelaporan, kesulitan analisis data, serta kurang optimalnya pengambilan keputusan. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan prototype dashboard berbasis web sebagai sistem pemantauan produksi dan kesehatan harian peternakan ayam broiler di aceh besar. penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi lapangan, dan kuesioner kepada tujuh peternak ayam broiler di aceh besar yang dipilih secara acak. data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk pembuatan prototype dashboard berbasis web menggunakan looker studio berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan tersebut. seluruh responden masih menggunakan pencatatan manual. informasi yang paling penting untuk dipantau secara harian meliputi berat badan ayam, suhu dan kelembapan kandang, jumlah pakan, dan mortalitas. seluruh responden menilai dashboard berbasis web penting hingga sangat penting dan sebagian besar menyatakan siap beralih ke sistem digital. prototype dashboard yang dikembangkan mampu menampilkan data produksi dan kesehatan ayam broiler secara visual melalui grafik, indikator performa, dan peta lokasi berbasis gps, sehingga memudahkan pemantauan dan pemahaman serta meningkatkan kesadaran akan perlunya sistem pemantauan digital. prototype dashboard berbasis web berpotensi meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pelaporan serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam pengelolaan produksi dan kesehatan ayam broiler di aceh besar. kata kunci: ayam broiler, dashboard berbasis web, kesehatan, produksi, sistem informasi



Abstract

Data management of production and health in broiler chicken farms is generally still carried out manually, which may lead to delays in reporting, difficulties in data analysis, and suboptimal decision-making. This study aims to develop a web-based dashboard prototype as a system for monitoring daily production and health of broiler farms in Aceh Besar. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method with a cross-sectional approach. Data were collected through interviews, field observations, and questionnaires involving seven randomly selected broiler farmers in Aceh Besar. The collected data were analyzed descriptively to support the development of a web-based dashboard prototype using Looker Studio, based on the identified user requirements.All respondents were found to still rely on manual record-keeping. The most important information to be monitored daily includes body weight, temperature and humidity of the poultry house, feed consumption, and mortality rate. All respondents considered a web-based dashboard to be important to very important, and most expressed readiness to transition to a digital system.The developed dashboard prototype is capable of presenting production and health data of broiler chickens visually through charts, performance indicators, and GPS-based location mapping. This facilitates monitoring and improves data comprehension, thereby increasing awareness of the importance of digital monitoring systems.In conclusion, the web-based dashboard prototype has the potential to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of reporting and to support decision-making in managing production and health of broiler chickens in Aceh Besar.
