Abstrak pengaruh workplace ostracism terhadap interpersonal deviance yang dimoderasi oleh self control pada karyawan pemasaran perbankan syariah di kota banda aceh. fenomena pengucilan di tempat kerja menjadi isu penting karena berpotensi memicu perilaku menyimpang antarpribadi yang merugikan individu maupun organisasi. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur menggunakan skala likert. populasi penelitian adalah karyawan pemasaran perbankan syariah, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. analisis data dilakukan menggunakan partial least squares–structural equation modeling (pls-sem) untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel serta efek moderasi. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa workplace ostracism berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap interpersonal deviance. selain itu, self control terbukti memperlemah pengaruh workplace ostracism terhadap interpersonal deviance. interaksi self control juga berperan penting dalam menjelaskan variasi perilaku menyimpang antarpribadi. penelitian ini merekomendasikan organisasi perbankan syariah untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang inklusif serta mengembangkan program pengelolaan emosi dan pengendalian diri guna meminimalkan perilaku menyimpang karyawan. kata kunci : worplace ostracism, interpersonal deviance, self control.

Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of workplace ostracism on interpersonal deviance, with self-control as moderating variables among marketing employees in Islamic banking institutions. Workplace ostracism has become an important organizational issue because it can trigger interpersonal deviant behaviors that are harmful to both individuals and organizations. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method, where data were collected through structured questionnaires measured on a Likert scale. The research population consists of marketing employees in Islamic banking, and the sample was selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to examine the relationships among variables and the moderating effects. The results indicate that workplace ostracism has a positive and significant effect on interpersonal deviance. Furthermore, self-control was found to weaken the influence of workplace ostracism on interpersonal deviance. The interaction between self-control also plays a crucial role in explaining variations in interpersonal deviant behavior. This study recommends that Islamic banking institutions create a more inclusive work environment and develop emotional management and self-control programs to minimize deviant employee behavior.
