Nur aklima (2026). transformasi dayah baldatul mubaraqah al-aziziyah kecamatan kembang tanjong kabupaten pidie dari dayah tradisional ke dayah terpadu,1987-2024 [skripsi. universitas syiah kuala]. di bawah bimbingan drs. mawardi m.hum., m.a dan muhammad haikal s. pd, m. pd. penelitian ini berjudul “transformasi dayah baldatul mubaraqah al- aziziyah kecamatan kembang tanjong kabupaten pidie dari dayah tradisional ke dayah terpadu, 1987-2024”, yang bertujuan untuk: (1) menjelaskan sejarah awal berdirinya dayah terpadu baldatul mubaraqah al aziziyah . (2) bagaimana proses transformasi dayah baldatul mubaraqah al aziziyah dari dayah tradisional ke dayah terpadu. penelitian menggunakan metode sejarah dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui pengumpulan sumber, verifikasi, interpretasi, dan historiografi, dengan data dari pustaka, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dayah baldatul mubaraqah al-aziziyah berdiri pada tahun 1987 sebagai dayah tradisional dengan sistem pendidikan salafiyah dan pengajian kitab kuning secara nonformal. periode 1987–1997 ditandai dengan aktivitas pembelajaran sederhana yang didukung oleh infak masyarakat, sedangkan periode 1998–2006 menunjukkan peningkatan jumlah santri dan partisipasi sosial meskipun sarana prasarana masih terbatas. pada periode 2007–2020, dayah mengalami perkembangan signifikan melalui penambahan fasilitas fisik, penguatan kelembagaan, dan penyesuaian kurikulum. selanjutnya, pada periode 2020–2024, dayah baldatul mubaraqah al-aziziyah bertransformasi menuju dayah terpadu dengan mengintegrasikan kurikulum keagamaan dan pendidikan umum serta memperoleh dukungan pembinaan dari pemerintah. perkembangan ini menegaskan kemampuan dayah untuk beradaptasi dengan dinamika pendidikan modern tanpa meninggalkan identitas keilmuan tradisionalnya. kata kunci: perkembangan dayah, dayah terpadu, pendidikan islam, baldatul mubaraqah al-aziziyah, aceh.



Abstract

The Transformation of Dayah Baldatul Mubaraqah AlAziziyah, Kembang Tanjong District, Pidie Regency, from a Traditional Dayah to an Integrated Dayah, 1987–2024 [Undergraduate Thesis, Universitas Syiah Kuala]. Supervised by Drs. Mawardi, M.Hum. M.A and Muhammad Haikal, S.Pd., M.Pd. This study entitled “The Transformation of Dayah Baldatul Mubaraqah AlAziziyah, Kembang Tanjong District, Pidie Regency, from a Traditional Dayah to an Integrated Dayah, 1987– 2024” aims to: (1) explain the early history of the establishment of Dayah Baldatul Mubaraqah Al-Aziziyah; and (2) analyze the process of transformation of Dayah Baldatul Mubaraqah AlAziziyah from a traditional dayah into an integrated dayah. This research employs the historical method with a qualitative approach, involving source collection, verification, interpretation, and historiography. Data were obtained from literature review, documentation, and interviews. The results of the study indicate that Dayah Baldatul Mubaraqah Al-Aziziyah was established in 1987 as a traditional dayah implementing a salafiyah education system with non-formal instruction of classical Islamic texts (kitab kuning). The period from 1987 to 1997 was characterized by simple learning activities supported by community donations, while the period from 1998 to 2006 showed an increase in the number of students and social participation despite limited facilities. During the period 2007–2020, the dayah experienced significant development marked by the expansion of physical facilities, institutional strengthening, and curriculum adjustments. Furthermore, in the period 2020–2024, Dayah Baldatul Mubaraqah Al-Aziziyah underwent a transformation toward an integrated dayah through the integration of religious and general education curricula, supported by government guidance and institutional assistance. This development demonstrates the dayah’s ability to adapt to modern educational dynamics without losing its traditional scholarly identity.
