Penegakan diagnosis tromboemboli vena (tev) pada pasien limfoma sering terlambat karena banyak kasus tidak menunjukkan gejala sampai terjadi komplikasi serius. diperlukan pendekatan stratifikasi risiko yang memiliki kemampuan prediktif yang baik. skor throly dikembangkan khusus untuk pasien limfoma sebagai alat stratifikasi risiko tev, namun studi yang menganalisis hubungan skor ini dengan biomarker koagulasi seperti d-dimer masih terbatas. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai korelasi antara skor throly dengan kadar d-dimer dalam menstratifikasi risiko tromboemboli vena pada pasien limfoma. penelitian ini merupakan studi potong lintang yang dilakukan di rumah sakit dr. zainoel abidin, banda aceh pada bulan mei 2025 hingga januari 2026 dengan metode total sampling. seluruh pasien limfoma yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi diikutsertakan. skor throly dihitung berdasarkan data klinis, laboratorik, dan pencitraan, sedangkan kadar d-dimer diukur menggunakan metode enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. analisis univariat digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik subjek. uji korelasi spearman digunakan untuk menilai korelasi antara skor throly dan kadar d-dimer. perbedaan kadar d-dimer antar kategori risiko throly dianalisis menggunakan uji kruskal–wallis. generalized linear model (glm) digunakan untuk mengestimasi besarnya perubahan kadar d-dimer pada setiap kategori skor throly. tingkat signifikansi statistik ditetapkan pada nilai p < 0,05. sebanyak 39 pasien limfoma yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dilibatkan pada penelitian ini. terdapat korelasi positif sangat kuat antara skor throly dan kadar d-dimer (r = 0,83; p < 0,001). median d-dimer meningkat konsisten seiring kenaikan kategori risiko throly dan berbeda bermakna antar kelompok (p

Abstract
The diagnosis of venous thromboembolism (VTE) in lymphoma is often challenging because many cases remain asymptomatic until serious complications occur. Risk stratification is therefore essential to identify patients at higher risk. The ThroLy score was developed as a specific tool for VTE risk stratification in lymphoma patients; however, evidence regarding its association with coagulation biomarkers such as D-dimer remains limited. This study aimed to evaluate the correlation between the ThroLy score and D-dimer levels in stratifying VTE risk among lymphoma patients. A cross-sectional study was conducted at dr. Zainoel Abidin General Hospital, Banda Aceh, from May 2025 to January 2026 using a total sampling method. Lymphoma patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were enrolled. The ThroLy score was calculated based on clinical, laboratory, and imaging parameters, while D-dimer levels were measured using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Univariat analysis described patient characteristics. Spearman’s correlation test assessed the association between ThroLy score and D-dimer levels, while differences across ThroLy risk categories were analyzed using the Kruskal–Wallis test. A Generalized Linear Model (GLM) was applied to further evaluate the relationship. Statistical significance was set at p < 0.05. A total of 39 patients were included. A very strong positive correlation was found between the ThroLy score and D-dimer levels (r = 0.83; p < 0.001). Median D-dimer levels increased significantly across higher ThroLy risk categories (p < 0.001). GLM analysis also demonstrated a significant association between the ThroLy score and D-dimer levels (p < 0.001). In conclusion, the ThroLy score is strongly associated with D-dimer levels in lymphoma patients, reflecting increased coagulation activation with higher VTE risk.
