Dosen wanita menghadapi tuntutan profesional dalam pelaksanaan tridarma perguruan tinggi yang berjalan bersamaan dengan tanggung jawab domestik. akumulasi tuntutan peran tersebut berpotensi menimbulkan tekanan kronis yang meningkatkan risiko burnout, ditandai dengan kelelahan emosional, depersonalisasi, dan penurunan pencapaian personal. burnout tidak hanya berdampak pada kesejahteraan psikologis dosen wanita, tetapi juga dapat menurunkan kualitas pelaksanaan tugas akademik. oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengkaji faktor internal yang berperan dalam menekan burnout, salah satunya adalah self leadership. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self leadership dengan frekuensi burnout dan intensitas burnout pada dosen wanita universitas syiah kuala. sebanyak 192 dosen wanita dari 12 fakultas universitas syiah kuala dipilih dengan teknik accidental sampling mengisi instrumen penelitian berupa skala abbreviated self leadership questionnaire (aslq) dan skala maslach burnout inventory (mbi). analisis dilakukan dengan spearman correlation dengan hasil nilai koefisien korelasi r=- 0,472 (p



Abstract

Female lecturers face professional demands in implementing the Tridharma of Higher Education that run concurrently with domestic responsibilities. The accumulation of these role demands has the potential to cause chronic stress that increases the risk of burnout, characterized by emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and decreased personal achievement. Burnout not only impacts the psychological well being of female lecturers but can also reduce the quality of academic performance. Therefore, it is important to examine internal factors that play a role in suppressing burnout, one of which is self leadership. This study aims to determine the relationship between self Female lecturers face professional demands in implementing the Tridharma of Higher Education that run concurrently with domestic responsibilities leadership and the frequency of burnout and the intensity of burnout in female lecturers at Syiah Kuala University. A total of 192 female lecturers from 12 faculties of Syiah Kuala University were selected using accidental sampling techniques to fill out the research instruments in the form of the Abbreviated Self Leadership Questionnaire (ASLQ) scale and the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) scale.
