Ringkasan purely avocado pie merupakan makanan cemilan dan merupakan produk inovasi yang terbuat dari buah alpukat. purely avocado pie dibuat dari buah alpukat yang diolah dan ada vla yang menjadi isiannya. usaha inovatif ini bermula dari keinginan untuk menciptakan hidangan yang unik dan lezat juga peluang membuka usaha dengan memanfaatkan buah yang disukai banyak kalangan. usaha ini dikembangkan oleh 2 mahasiswa manajemen agribisnis, agar para pecinta alpukat bisa merasakan hidangan yang unik dan juga lezat yaitu pie yang diisi oleh vla alpukat. alpukat (persea americana) telah secara luas digunakan karena memiliki berbagai efek farmakologis salah satunya memiliki efek antihiperlipidemia. buah ini memiliki komponen aktif yang dapat menurunkan kadar kolesterol dalam darah seperti pantethin, niacin (vitamin b3), vitamin c, vitamin e, vitamin a, pantogenic acid, monosaturated fatty acid (mufa), dan selenium. sehingga penggunaan alpukat di dalam produk purely avocado pie bisa menjadi alternatif yang lebih sehat dibandingkan bahan-bahan lainnya. tujuan dari penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan pemasaran 4p (product, price, place, promotion). aagar produk tersebut terjual dan di minati oleh konsumen dan agar produksi produk purely avocado pie bisa berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien. dalam penetapan tujuan pemasaran purely avocado pie ini melibatkan survei berdasarkan tren pasar dan menentukan lokasi yang tepat agar purely avocado pie dapat di lirik oleh konsumen.. objek tugas akhir ini berfokus pada teknik pemasaran avocado pie yang siap dijual dan dipasarkan.

SUMMARY Purely Avocado Pie is a snack food and an innovative product made from avocados. Purely Avocado Pie is made from processed avocados and there is a vla that becomes the filling. This innovative business stems from the desire to create unique and delicious dishes as well as the opportunity to open a business by utilizing a fruit that is loved by many people. This business was developed by 2 Agribusiness Management students, so that avocado lovers can experience a unique and delicious dish, namely pie filled with avocado vla. Avocado (Persea americana) has been widely used because it has various pharmacological effects, one of which has an antihyperlipidemic effect. This fruit has active components that can reduce cholesterol levels in the blood such as pantethin, niacin (vitamin B3), vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin A, pantogenic acid, Monosaturated Fatty Acid (MUFA), and selenium. So that the use of avocados in Purely Avocado Pie products can be a healthier alternative to other ingredients. The purpose of writing this final project is to find out the application of 4P marketing (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). Aagar the product is sold and in demand by consumers and so that the production of Purely Avocado Pie products can run effectively and efficiently. In determining the marketing objectives of Purely Avocado Pie, it involves surveys based on market trends and determining the right location so that Purely Avocado pie can be lensed by consumers. The object of this final project focuses on Avocado Pie marketing techniques that are ready to be sold and marketed. To ensure smooth and proper Marketing for Purely Avocado Pie using descriptive method and qualitative analysis. The initial stage involves market analysis to identify the right market segment for Purely Avocado Pie products. After that, through the Targeting stage, the most promising market segments were selected to target. In the Positioning stage, the product image is strengthened by considering the product advantages and consumer needs. From the Purely Avocado Pie product, it can be seen that the characteristics of the product have a soft texture that comes from natural avocados which have a sweet and slightly bitter taste which also makes the pie have a unique taste.
