Anggota kepolisian, khususnya satuan reserse kriminal (satreskrim), dihadapkan tuntutan kerja yang penuh tekanan, jam kerja sulit terjadwal, serta beban psikologis. kondisi tersebut berpotensi memengaruhi keseimbangan antara kehidupan kerja dan kehidupan pribadi (work-life balance). penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat work-life balance anggota satreskrim polresta banda aceh. penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. partisipan berjumlah 65 anggota yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala work-life balance berdasarkan dimensi hayman (2005), yaitu work interference with personal life (wipl), personal life interference with work (pliw), dan work/personal life enhancement (wple). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 89,2% responden memiliki tingkat work-life balance pada kategori tinggi. dimensi wipl, 87,7% responden berada pada kategori tinggi dan 12,3% rendah. dimensi pliw, 87,7% responden berada pada kategori tinggi dan 12,3% rendah yang menunjukkan minimnya gangguan kehidupan pribadi terhadap pekerjaan dan sebaliknya. dimensi wple, 83,1% responden berada pada kategori tinggi dan 16,9% rendah yang menunjukkan adanya dampak positif antara kehidupan pribadi dan pekerjaan. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anggota satreskrim polresta banda aceh secara umum memiliki work-life balance yang tinggi. implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi institusi kepolisian dalam mempertahankan dan mengembangkan kebijakan yang mendukung kesejahteraan serta keseimbangan kehidupan kerja personel.

Abstract
Police officers, particularly those in the Criminal Investigation Unit (CIU), are faced with work demands that are full of pressure, difficult-to-schedule working hours, and psychological burdens. These conditions have the potential to affect the balance between work life and personal life (work-life balance). This study aims to determine the level of work-life balance of Satreskrim members at Polresta Banda Aceh. The study used a descriptive quantitative method. Participants consisted of 65 members selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected using a work-life balance scale based on the dimensions of Hayman (2005), namely work interference with personal life (WIPL), personal life interference with work (PLIW), and work/personal life enhancement (WPLE). The results showed that 89.2% of respondents had a high level of work-life balance. In the WIPL dimension, 87.7% of respondents were in the high category and 12.3% in the low category. In the PLIW dimension, 87.7% of respondents were in the high category and 12.3% in the low category, indicating minimal interference of personal life with work and vice versa. In the WPLE dimension, 83.1% of respondents were in the high category and 16.9% in the low category, indicating a positive impact between personal life and work. The results of the study indicate that members of Satreskrim Polresta Banda Aceh generally have a high level of work-life balance. The implications of this study are expected to serve as a basis for police institutions in maintaining and developing policies that support the welfare and work-life balance of personnel.
