Program literasi al-qur’an pada jenjang madrasah ibtidayyah memiliki posisi strategis dalam meningkatkan kemampuan baca al-qur’an peserta didik sekaligus menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter religius sejak usia dini. tujuan penelitian untuk mengkaji secara mendalam aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program literasi al-qur’an pada peserta didik madrasah ibtidayyah kabupaten aceh jaya. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan secara sistematis. temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perencanaan program literasi al-qur’an disusun secara sistematis sesuai kebutuhan masing-masing madrasah. (2) pelaksanaan program menunjukkan keseragaman pola, yaitu pembiasaan membaca al-qur’an secara rutin setiap hari sebelum kegiatan pembelajaran dimulai serta pada setiap pergantian mata pelajaran. (3) evaluasi program dilaksanakan secara berkala oleh pendidik dan kepala madrasah dengan melibatkan peran orang tua sebagai mitra pendidikan. berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan program literasi al-qur’an di madrasah ibtidayyah kecamatan krueng sabee berjalan secara optimal melalui perencanaan yang sistematis, pelaksanaan yang konsisten berbasis pembiasaan membaca, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan yang melibatkan seluruh pemangku kepentingan. kata kunci: pelaksanaan dan literasi al-qur’an.

Abstract
The Al-Qur’an literacy program at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (Islamic Elementary School) level holds a strategic position in enhancing students’ Qur’anic reading abilities while simultaneously instilling religious character values from an early age. This study aims to examine in depth the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Al-Qur’an literacy program for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students in Aceh Jaya Regency. The research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted systematically through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that: (1) the planning of the Al-Qur’an literacy program was developed systematically in accordance with the needs of each madrasah; (2) program implementation demonstrated a consistent pattern, namely the habituation of regular Qur’anic reading conducted daily before the commencement of learning activities and at each transition between lessons; and (3) program evaluation was carried out periodically by teachers and madrasah principals, with the involvement of parents as educational partners. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Al-Qur’an literacy program in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Krueng Sabee Subdistrict has been carried out optimally through systematic planning, consistent implementation based on reading habituation, and continuous evaluation involving all stakeholders. The program has been shown to make a significant contribution to improving students’ Al-Qur’an reading skills while strengthening their religious character.
