Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh organizational value of diversity dan effort to support diversity terhadap job satisfaction dan organizational identification dengan diversity climate sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan bank aceh syariah cabang jantho. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan bank aceh syariah cabang jantho dengan metode sensus. teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equation modeling (sem). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organizational value of diversity dan effort to support diversity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap diversity climate. selanjutnya, diversity climate berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction dan organizational identification serta berperan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara organizational value of diversity dan effort to support diversity terhadap job satisfaction dan organizational identification. temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penciptaan iklim keberagaman yang inklusif guna meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan identifikasi karyawan terhadap organisasi. kata kunci : organizational value of diversity, effort to support diversity, diversity climate, job satisfaction, organizational identification



Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of organizational value of diversity and effort to support diversity on job satisfaction and organizational identification, with diversity climate as a mediating variable among employees of Bank Aceh Syariah Jantho Branch. This study employed a quantitative research approach using primary data collected through questionnaires. The population of this study consisted of all employees of Bank Aceh Syariah Jantho Branch, with the sample determined using a census method. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicate that organizational value of diversity and effort to support diversity have a positive and significant effect on diversity climate. Furthermore, diversity climate positively influences job satisfaction and organizational identification and mediates the relationship between organizational value of diversity and effort to support diversity on job satisfaction and organizational identification. These findings highlight the importance of fostering an inclusive diversity climate to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational identification.
