Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh work-life conflict terhadap job performance dengan employee wellbeing sebagai variabel mediasi dan kepribadian extrovert sebagai variabel moderasi pada perawat di rumah sakit meuraxa kota banda aceh. responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 207 perawat aktif yang dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling dari total populasi sebanyak 430 perawat. metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah partial least square (pls) untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel-variabel dalam model penelitian. hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa work-life conflict berpengaruh negatif terhadap job performance, serta berpengaruh negatif terhadap employee wellbeing. employee wellbeing berpengaruh positif terhadap job performance dan memediasi hubungan antara work-life conflict dengan job performance. selain itu, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian extrovert memoderasi hubungan antara work-life conflict dan employee wellbeing. kata kunci : job performance, employee wellbeing, extrovert, work-life conflict



Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Work-Life Conflict on Job Performance with Employee Wellbeing as a mediating variable and Extrovert personality as a moderating variable in nurses at Meuraxa Hospital, Banda Aceh City. Respondents in this study were 207 active nurses selected through simple random sampling techniques from a total population of 430 nurses. The data analysis method used in this study was Partial Least Square (PLS) to determine the influence between variables in the research model. The results of this study indicate that Work-Life Conflict has a negative effect on Job Performance, as well as a negative effect on Employee Wellbeing. Employee Wellbeing has a positive effect on Job Performance and mediates the relationship between Work-Life Conflict and Job Performance. In addition, the results of the study also show that Extrovert personality moderates the relationship between Work-Life Conflict and Employee Wellbeing.
