Abstrak pengetahuan dan sikap tenaga kesehatan merupakan faktor penting dalam mendukung pemberian air susu ibu (asi) eksklusif. pemberian asi eksklusif di indonesia masih rendah yaitu sebesar 74,73% pada 2024 yang menunjukkan masih kurang dari target kemenkes yaitu sebesar 80%. hal tersebut dapat dipengaruhi faktor internal berupa kondisi ibu/bayi, pengetahuan ibu dan faktor eksternal berupa dukungan tenaga kesehatan, fasilitas, dan budaya. penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap dengan perilaku tenaga kesehatan dalam mendukung pemberian asi eksklusif di puskesmas lampulo kota banda aceh. jenis penelitian adalah observasional dengan desain cross-sectional. penelitian ini dilakukan pada oktober 2025 di puskesmas lampulo kota banda aceh. teknik pengambilan sampel dengan total sampel yang berjumlah 38 tenaga kesehatan di puskesmas lampulo. analisis data menggunakan uji fisher exact. hasil penelitian uji univarat menunjukkan gambaran pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan puskesmas lampulo baik (86,8%), sikap baik (92,1%), dan perilaku baik (89,5%), sedangkan pada uji bivariat didapatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat dan signifikan antara pengetahuan dengan perilaku (p=0,000) serta antara sikap dengan perilaku (p=0,000) pentingnya peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap tenaga kesehatan agar optimalisasi program asi eksklusif di puskesmas lampulo guna mendukung program asi eksklusif secara optimal. kata kunci: asi eksklusif, pengetahuan, perilaku, sikap, tenaga kesehatan,

ABSTRACT The knowledge and attitudes of health workers are important factors in supporting exclusive breastfeeding. Exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is still low, at 74.73% in 2024, which is still below the Ministry of Health's target of 80%. This can be influenced by internal factors such as the condition of the mother/baby, the mother's knowledge, and external factors such as the support of health workers, facilities, and culture. This study aims to determine the relationship between the knowledge and attitudes with the Behavior of health workers in supporting exclusive breastfeeding at the Lampulo Community Health Center in Banda Aceh City. This is an observational study with a cross-sectional design. This study was conducted in October 2025 at the Lampulo Community Health Center in Banda Aceh. The sampling technique used a total sample of 38 health workers at the Lampulo Community Health Center. Data analysis used the Fisher Exact test. The results of the univariate test showed that the knowledge of health workers at the Lampulo Community Health Center was good (86.8%), their attitudes were good (92.1%), and their behavior was good (89.5%). while the bivariate test found that there was a very strong and significant relationship between knowledge and behavior (p=0.000) and between attitude and behavior (p=0.000). It is important to improve the knowledge and attitude of health workers in order to optimize the exclusive breastfeeding program at the Lampulo Community Health Center to support the exclusive breastfeeding program optimally.
