Conveyor fresh fruit bunches (ffb) merupakan salah satu peralatan yang utama dalam proses kelapa sawit yang berfungsi untuk memindahkan tandan buah segar dari area penerimaan menuju tahap proses selanjutnya. keandalan conveyor sangat berpengaruh terhadap kelancaran dan kontiutas proses produksi , sehingga di perlukan prosedur pemeliharaan terencana dan sistematis. proyek akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur pemeliharaan conveyor (ffb) di pt karya tanah subur serta menganalisis pengaruh pemeliharaan terhadap kinerja dan umur pakai komponen conveyor. metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan teknisi pemeliharaan, dan studi dokumentasi. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pemeliharaan rutin yang meliputi inspeksi visual, pembersihan, pelumasan, penyetelan ketegangan rantai, serta penggantian komponen yang aus mampu meningkatkan kinerja conveyor, mengurangi gangguan operasional, dan memperpanjang umur pakai komponen. selain itu, pemeliharaan yang terjadwal juga berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan keselamatan kerja dan efisiensi operasional. dengan demikian, prosedur pemeliharaan conveyor ffb yang baik sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung proses produksi kelapa sawit yang optimal dan berkelanjutan di pt. karya tanah subur. kata kunci : conveyor ffb, pemeliharaan mesin, kelapa sawit ,kinerja conveyor,keselamatan kerja.

Fresh fruit bunches (FFB) conveyor is one of the main equipment in the palm oil process that functions to move fresh fruit bunches from the receiving area to the next process stage. The reliability of the conveyor greatly affects the smoothness and continuity of the production process, so that a planned and systematic maintenance procedure is needed. This final project aims to find out the FFB conveyor maintenance procedure established by PT Karya Tanah Subur and analyze the effect of maintenance on the performance and service life of conveyor components. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach through direct observation, interviews with maintenance technicians, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of routine maintenance including visual inspection, cleaning, lubrication, chain tension adjustment, and replacement of worn components can improve conveyor performance, reduce operational disruptions, and extend the service life of components. In addition, scheduled maintenance also contributes to increased work safety and operational efficiency. Thus, a good FFB conveyor maintenance procedure is very necessary to support an optimal and sustainable palm oil production process at PT. Karya Tanah Subur.
