Kementerian pendidikan tinngi, sains dan teknologi universitas syiah kuala fakultas keperawatan skripsi 14 januari 2026 xiv + vi bab + 85 halaman + 6 tabel + 4 skema + 13 lampiran izzatul kabirah 2212101010121 analisis kompetensi perawat terhadap pengkajian dan manajamen luka akut pada respon bencana abstrak perawat dituntut memiliki kompetensi yang memadai dalam menangani kondisi kegawatdaruratan yang disebabkan oleh bencana, termasuk pengkajian dan manajemen luka akut. kompetensi yang dinilai adalah asepsis dan antiseptic intervention, wound healing process, wound cleaning, infections identification, pain assessment, protection and bandaging of wounds, documentation of wound, patient education dan co-operation. kurangnya kompetensi pada aspek tersebut dapat meningkatkan risiko kesalahan pengkajian, keterlambatan penanganan, serta penerapan asepsis dan antiseptik yang tidak optimal sehingga dapat meningkatkan angka infeksi, komplikasi luka dan morbiditas pasien. tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan kompetensi perawat terhadap pengkajian dan manajemen luka akut pada fase respon bencana di rumah sakit. populasi penelitian adalah perawat pelaksana ruang igd, ruang bedah dan ruang hcu surgical di rsudza, teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling (n=238). instrument yang digunakan adalah kuesioner wound management and assesment yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar perawat memiliki kompetensi baik, yaitu sebanyak 210 orang (88,2%). hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk meningkatkan pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan keperawatan yang lebih komprehensif pada variabel asepsis dan antiseptik intervention, wound cleaning, infections identification dan documentation of wound. kata kunci : kompetensi perawat, pengkajian dan manajemen luka akut daftar bacaan : 20 buku, 30 jurnal, 8 artikel (2014-2025)

The competencies evaluated in this study encompassed aseptic and antiseptic interventions, the wound healing process, wound cleaning, infection identification, pain assessment, wound protection and bandaging, wound documentation, patient education, and interprofessional collaboration. Insufficient competence in these areas may increase the risk of assessment errors, delays in treatment, and suboptimal application of aseptic and antiseptic principles, which can subsequently lead to higher rates of infection, wound complications, and patient morbidity. This study aimed to describe nurses’ competence in acute wound assessment and management during the disaster response phase in a hospital setting. The study population consisted of clinical nurses working in the emergency department, surgical wards, and the surgical high care unit at RSUDZA. A total sampling technique was applied, resulting in 238 respondents. The instrument used is a Wound Management and Assessment Questionnaire, which has been tested for validity and reliability. The findings indicated that the majority of nurses demonstrated good competence, with 210 respondents (88.2%). These results may serve as a basis for strengthening the development of a more comprehensive nursing education curriculum, particularly in the areas of aseptic and antiseptic interventions, wound cleaning, infection identification, and wound documentation.
