Kementerian pendidikan tinggi, sains, dan teknologi universitas syiah kuala fakultas keperawatan program studi sarjana keperawatan skripsi 5 januari 2026 lvi + vi bab + 56 halaman + 7 tabel + 1 skema + 11 lampiran adinda balqis muliadi 2212101010105 gambaran skor glasgow coma scale dan waktu pre-hospital pasien cedera kepala di igd rsudza abstrak cedera kepala merupakan masalah kegawatdaruratan yang sering dijumpai di instalasi gawat darurat (igd) dan berisiko menyebabkan perburukan neurologis apabila tidak ditangani secara cepat dan tepat. penilaian awal menggunakan glasgow coma scale (gcs) serta durasi waktu pre-hospital menjadi fenomena penting yang memengaruhi kondisi klinis pasien saat tiba di igd. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan skor gcs dan waktu pre-hospital pada pasien cedera kepala di igd rsud dr. zainoel abidin. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional melalui pengumpulan data retrospektif dari rekam medis 43 pasien cedera kepala. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa distribusi terbanyak ditemukan pada kategori gcs sedang (20 orang), disusul oleh gcs berat (17 orang) dan gcs ringan (6 orang). analisis berdasarkan durasi pre-hospital menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pasien tiba dalam waktu kurang dari 60 menit, dengan dominasi kasus gcs sedang (18 orang). sebaliknya, pada kelompok dengan durasi pre-hospital lebih dari 60 menit, mayoritas pasien berada dalam kondisi gcs berat (7 orang). kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variasi waktu pre-hospital masih menjadi permasalahan dalam penanganan pasien cedera kepala. oleh karena itu, disarankan adanya optimalisasi pelayanan pre-hospital, peningkatan sistem transportasi medis, serta edukasi masyarakat untuk mempercepat penanganan awal pasien cedera kepala. kata kunci : cedera kepala, glasgow coma scale, waktu pre-hospital daftar bacaan: 23 buku, 21 jurnal, 1 website, 1 skripsi (2015-2025)

The initial assessment using the Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) and the amount of pre-hospital time are critical factors that determine patients’ clinical status when they arrive at the ED. In this study, it aimed to describe the GCS score and pre-hospital time in head injury patients in the ED of Dr. Zainoel Abidin Regional Hospital. This study employed a descriptive quantitative method with a cross-sectional design, collecting data retrospectively from the medical records of 43 individuals with head injuries. The findings showed that the largest distribution was found in the moderate GCS category (20 patients), followed by severe GCS (17 patients) and mild GCS (6 patients). Analysis based on pre-hospital duration showed that the majority of patients arrived in less than 60 minutes, with a predominance of moderate GCS cases (18 patients). In contrast, in the group with a pre-hospital period of more than 60 minutes, the majority of patients were in severe GCS conditions (7 patients). The findings of this study suggested that variation in pre-hospital time remains a problem in the management of head injury patients. Therefore, it is recommended to optimize pre-hospital services, improve the medical transportation system, and educate the public to accelerate the initial treatment of head injury patients.
