[skripsi. universitas syiah kuala]. dibawah bimbingan siti naila fauzia s.pd, m.pd., dan rosmiati, s.pd.i, m.ed. anak-anak di tk islam al-azhar cairo banda aceh sudah dapat mengenal agama yang dianut, melaksanakan ibadah, berperilaku baik, dan menjaga kebersihan diri dan lingkungan sekitar. tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui strategi guru dalam mengembangkan nilai-nilai agama islam di tk islam al-azhar cairo banda aceh. penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif. teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi. subjek penelitian adalah 2 orang guru kelas b di tk islam al-azhar cairo banda aceh. objek dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi guru dalam mengembangkan nilai-nilai agama islam pada anak usia dini di tk islam al-azhar cairo banda aceh. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi guru dalam mengembangkan nilai-nilai agama islam yaitu: (1) mengenalkan agama islam kepada anak melalui metode tanya jawab, nyanyian, penggunaan media gambar, serta praktik langsung yang disesuaikan dengan tahap perkembangan anak (2) mengembangkan aspek ibadah dilakukan melalui pembiasaan pelaksanaan shalat, hafalan surat-surat pendek, doa harian, dan hadis dengan pendekatan one day one ayat yang disertai kegiatan murojaah secara rutin (3) mengembangkan nilai akhlak dilaksanakan melalui keteladanan guru, pembiasaan dalam aktivitas sehari-hari, pemberian motivasi, serta penyampaian kisah teladan rasulullah saw untuk menanamkan sikap jujur, tolong-menolong, sopan, hormat, dan sportif (4) memberikan contoh langsung agar anak terbiasa berperilaku hidup bersih dan tanggung jawab melalui kegiatan mencuci tangan, merapikan mainan setelah bermain, serta menjaga kebersihan kelas. kata kunci : strategi guru, nilai-nilai agama islam, anak usia dini.

Under direction of Siti Naila Fauzia S.Pd, M.Pd., and Rosmiati, S.Pd.I, M.Ed. Children at Al-Azhar Islamic Kindergarten Cairo Banda Aceh Kindergarten are able to recognize their religion, do the worship, well behave, and maintain personal and environmental hygiene. The purpose of this study is to identify strategies used by teachers in developing Islamic values at Al-Azhar Cairo Banda Aceh Islamic Kindergarten. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews and observations. The subjects of the study were two teachers in class B at Al-Azhar Islamic Kindergarten in Cairo, Banda Aceh. The object of this study was the strategies used by teachers in developing Islamic values in early childhood at Al-Azhar Islamic Kindergarten in Cairo, Banda Aceh. The results of the study show that the strategies used by teachers in developing Islamic values that is: (1) introducing Islam to children through question and answer methods, songs, the use of visual media, and direct practice tailored to the developmental stage of the child (2) developing aspects of worship is done through the habit of performing prayers, memorizing short surahs, daily prayers, and hadiths with a one day one verse approach accompanied by regular murojaah activities (3) developing moral values is carried out through the example set by teachers, habits in daily activities, motivation, and the delivery of stories of the Prophet Muhammad SAW to instill attitudes of honesty, mutual assistance, politeness, respect, and sportsmanship (4) Set an example so that children become accustomed to practicing clean living and responsibility through activities such as washing their hands, tidying up their toys after playing, and keeping the classroom clean.
