abstrak reza erdila irfanda (2025). analisis struktur musik score pada film kura-kura berjanggut di negeri rempah dalam scene “raja bermimpi”. skripsi, program studi pendidikan seni drama tari dan musik, fakultas keguruan dan ilmu pendidikan, universitas syiah kuala. dibimbing oleh dr. sn. mukhsin putra hafid, s.sn., m.a. dan tengku hartati, s.pd., m.pd. musik score dalam film berperan penting dalam membangun suasana dan makna dramatik adegan. scene “raja bermimpi” dalam film kura-kura berjanggut di negeri rempah menampilkan penggunaan musik score yang kuat dalam merepresentasikan suasana mimpi dan konflik batin tokoh raja. fenomena ini menunjukkan bahwa musik tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pengiring visual, tetapi juga sebagai elemen naratif.penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan struktur musik score pada scene “raja bermimpi” dengan fokus pada unsur melodi, ritme, tempo, harmoni, dan pola motif. penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi audio-visual, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa musik score disusun dengan pola minimalis, tempo lambat, repetisi motif, serta harmoni modal. perpaduan instrumen tradisional seperti suling, duduk, dan rapa’i dengan pad ambient dan string membentuk warna bunyi khas nusantara. musik berfungsi memperkuat suasana mimpi, emosi tokoh, dan transisi realitas–mimpi.dapat disimpulkan bahwa struktur musik score pada scene “raja bermimpi” disusun secara sistematis dan berperan penting dalam memperkuat dramaturgi, makna simbolik, serta identitas budaya dalam film. kata kunci: musik score, analisis struktur musik, film indonesia, kura-kura berjanggut, adegan raja bermimpi.

Mukhsin Putra Hafid, S.Sn., M.A. and Tengku Hartati, S.Pd., M.Pd. Film music scores play an important role in shaping the atmosphere and enhancing the dramatic meaning of a scene. The “Raja Bermimpi” scene in the film Kura-Kura Berjanggut di Negeri Rempah features a strong use of music score to represent dreamlike states and the inner conflict of the character Raja. This phenomenon indicates that music functions not only as visual accompaniment but also as a narrative element.This study aims to describe the structure of the music score in the “Raja Bermimpi” scene, focusing on musical elements such as melody, rhythm, tempo, harmony, and motif patterns. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed through audio-visual observation, interviews, and documentation.The results show that the music score is constructed using minimalist patterns, slow tempo, motif repetition, and modal harmony. The combination of traditional instruments such as suling, duduk, and rapa’i with ambient pads and strings creates a distinctive Nusantara sound. The music strengthens the dream atmosphere, conveys the character’s emotions, and bridges transitions between reality and dream.It can be concluded that the music score structure in the “Raja Bermimpi” scene is systematically composed and plays a significant role in reinforcing dramaturgy, symbolic meaning, and cultural identity within the film.
