[skripsi. universitas syiah kuala]. dibawah bimbingan drs. syaiful bahri, m.pd, dan evi rahmiyati, s.pd., m.ed. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi guru bidang studi terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling (bk) di kota takengon. latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pentingnya persepsi guru bidang studi terhadap kinerja guru bk, khususnya terkait perencanaan layanan, pelaksanaan layanan, serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut layanan bk. metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. sampel penelitian terdiri dari 240 guru bidang studi yang berasal dari sekolah-sekolah di kota takengon. pengumpukan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala likert yang disusun berdasarkan aspek kinerja guru bk. data analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase. hasil penelitian di kota takengon menunjukkan bahwa persepsi guru bidang studi terhadap kinerja guru bk berada pada kategori sangat baik. hal ini ditunjukkan oleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 75,33%, yang mencakup aspek perencanaan layanan, pelaksanaan layanan, serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut layanan bk. kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kinerja guru bk di kota takengon dipersepsikan sangat baik oleh guru bidang studi. penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi dan masukan bagi guru bk dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan bk di sekolah. kata kunci: persepsi, guru bidang studi, kinerja guru bk, layanan bk

Syaiful Bahri, M.Pd., and Evi Rahmiyati, S.Pd., M.Ed. This study aims to describe subject teachers' perceptions of the performance of Guidance and Counseling (GC) teachers in Takengon City. The background of this study is the importance of subject teachers' perceptions of BK teacher performance, particularly regarding service planning, service implementation, and evaluation and follow-up of GC services. The research method used was descriptive quantitative research. The sample consisted of 240 subject teachers from schools in Takengon City. Data collection was conducted through a Likert-scale questionnaire structured based on aspects of GC teacher performance. Data analysis used descriptive percentage analysis. The results of research in Takengon City show that field of study theachers perceptions of the performance of guidance an counseling theachers are in the Very Good category. This is shown by the average percentage of 75.33%, wich includes aspect og planning services, services implementatuin, as well as evaluation and follow – up of GC servicesss The conclusion of this study is that the performance of guidance and counseling teachers in Takengon City is perceived as Very Good by subject teachers. This research is expected to provide evaluation material and input for guidance and counseling teachers in improving the quality of guidance and counseling services in schools.
