Latar belakang : endometriosis merupakan penyakit ginekologi kronis yang ditandai dengan pertumbuhan jaringan endometrium di luar kavum uteri, mempengaruhi sekitar 10% wanita usia reproduksi. vascular endothelial growth factor (vegf) dan cancer antigen 125 (ca125) merupakan biomarker potensial endometriosis. namun, bukti mengenai hubungan keduanya dengan derajat penyakit dan nyeri masih terbatas, khususnya pada populasi indonesia. penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan kadar vegf cairan peritoneal dan ca125 dengan derajat endometriosis dan nyeri pada pasien endometriosis. metode : penelitian potong lintang ini melibatkan 34 pasien endometriosis dengan pendekatan etis yang menjalani laparoskopi atau laparotomi di rsud dr. zainoel abidin banda aceh periode februari–juli 2025. kadar vegf cairan peritoneal dan ca125 serum diperiksa menggunakan metode elisa. derajat endometriosis diklasifikasikan menurut kriteria rasrm, sedangkan nyeri dinilai dengan numeric rating scale (nrs). analisis statistik meliputi uji korelasi spearman, regresi ordinal, dan analisis kurva roc. hasil : kadar vegf cairan peritoneal memiliki korelasi kuat dengan derajat nyeri (r=0,505; p

Abstract
Background: Endometriosis is a chronic gynecological disease characterized by the growth of endometrial tissue outside the uterine cavity, affecting approximately 10% of women of reproductive age. Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) and Cancer Antigen 125 (CA125) are potential biomarkers in endometriosis. However, evidence regarding their association with disease stage and pain severity remains limited, particularly in the Indonesian population. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between peritoneal fluid VEGF and CA125 levels with endometriosis stage and pain severity in endometriosis patients. Methods: This cross-sectional study involved 34 endometriosis patients with an ethical approach who underwent laparoscopy or laparotomy at Dr. Zainoel Abidin General Hospital, Banda Aceh, between February and July 2025. Peritoneal fluid VEGF and CA125 serum levels were measured using the ELISA method. Endometriosis stage was classified according to rASRM criteria, while pain was assessed using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Statistical analyses included Spearman’s correlation, ordinal regression, and ROC curve analysis.
