Consist product merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang mekatronika, teknologi terapan, interior, dan eksterior, yang masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam pemantauan kinerja karena belum memiliki key performance indicators (kpi) yang terstruktur secara komprehensif. kondisi ini menyebabkan sistem pengukuran kinerja yang ada belum sepenuhnya mencerminkan kepuasan maupun kontribusi stakeholder, sehingga berpotensi menghambat pencapaian tujuan strategis perusahaan. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang kpi berbasis performance prism dengan menggunakan pendekatan analytical hierarchy process (ahp) sebagai metode pembobotan guna menentukan indikator prioritas yang paling relevan. tahapan penelitian meliputi identifikasi stakeholder, penetapan tujuan, perumusan strategi, proses, dan kapabilitas, kemudian pengembangan kpi yang sesuai melalui studi pustaka serta kondisi aktual perusahaan. data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan manajemen dan pengisian kuesioner, yang selanjutnya diolah menggunakan metode ahp untuk mendapatkan bobot prioritas. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 20 kpi yang dirancang, terpilih 9 kpi dengan bobot tertinggi yang mewakili empat stakeholder utama, yaitu customer, employee, owner, dan supplier. dua kpi dengan bobot tertinggi dari stakeholder dengan tingkat kepentingan tertinggi ditetapkan sebagai kpi 1 dan kpi 2, dan seterusnya hingga seluruh stakeholder terwakili. penetapan kpi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi instrumen utama dalam memantau, mengevaluasi, dan meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan secara berkelanjutan, sekaligus memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajerial, pengembangan strategi bisnis consist product.



Abstract

Consist Product is a company operating in the fields of mechatronics, applied technology, interior, and exterior design, which still faces limitations in performance monitoring due to the absence of a comprehensively structured Key Performance Indicators (KPI) system. This situation results in the existing performance measurement system not fully reflecting stakeholder satisfaction or contribution, potentially hindering the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives. This study aims to design KPIs based on the Performance Prism framework using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach as a weighting method to determine the most relevant priority indicators. The research stages include stakeholder identification, establishment of strategic objectives, formulation of strategies, processes, and capabilities, followed by the development of appropriate KPIs through literature review and assessment of the company’s actual conditions. Data were collected through interviews with management and questionnaire responses, which were subsequently processed using the AHP method to obtain priority weights. The results indicate that out of 20 designed KPIs, 9 KPIs with the highest weights were selected to represent the four main stakeholders, namely customers, employees, owners, and suppliers. The two KPIs with the highest weights from the stakeholder with the highest level of importance were designated as KPI 1 and KPI 2, and so on until all stakeholders were represented. The established KPIs are expected to serve as the primary instruments for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the company’s performance sustainably, while also providing practical contributions to support managerial decision-making and the business strategy development of Consist Product.
