Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh professional identity terhadap turnover intention dengan job satisfaction dan employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi pada perawat rumah sakit umum daerah datu beru takengon aceh tengah. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat yang berjumlah 428 orang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 219 responden dengan menggunakan metode penarikan sampel yaitu probability sampling dan jenis probability sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah proportional stratified random sampling. metode analisis yang digunakan adalah partial least square (pls). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa professional identity, job satisfaction,dan employee engagement berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, professional identity berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction dan employee engagement. penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa job satisfaction dan employee engagement memediasi secara penuh (full) pengaruh professional identity terhadap turnover intention. temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peran mediasi dari job satisfaction dan employee engagement dalam memperkuat dampak positif professional identity terhadap pengurangan niat keluar (turnover intention) pada perawat di rumah sakit umum daerah datu beru takengon aceh tengah . kata kunci : turnover intention; job satisfaction; employee engagement, professional identity.



Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Professional Identity on Turnover Intention with Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement as mediating variables among the nurses at the Regional General Hospital Datu Beru Takengon, Aceh. The population in this study was all nurses totaling 428 people, with a sample size of 219 respondents using the sampling method, namely probability sampling and the type of probability sampling used in this study was proportional stratified random sampling. The analysis method used is Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that Professional Identity, Job Satisfaction, and Employee Engagement have a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Furthermore, Professional Identity has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement. This study also found that Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement Full mediate the relationship between Professional Identity and Turnover Intention. These findings emphasize the important mediating role of Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement in strengthening the positive impact of Professional Identity on reducing Turnover Intention among hospital nurses.
