Abstrak karya akhir diserahkan kepada panitia komisi ujian untuk mendapatkan gelar magister manajemen pada program pasca sarjana universitas syiah kuala pengaruh budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan job crafting terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasi perum bulog kanwil aceh oleh: cut fatimah nazira npm : 2301202010053 konsentrasi : manajemen sumber daya manusia pembimbing pertama : dr. a. sakir, se., mm., cfrm pembimbing kedua : dr. muliati usman, se., mm penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan job crafting terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasi pada perum bulog kanwil aceh. populasi dalam studi ini adalah seluruh karyawan. teknik pengumpulan data dalam studi ini adalah sensus, sehingga diperoleh jumlah responden sebanyak 123 orang karyawan perum bulog kanwil aceh. penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data partial least square (pls) yang didukung oleh software smartpls 4. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan job crafting berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. namun, hanya gaya kepemimpinan yang berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan budaya organisasi dan job crafting tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung. komitmen organisasi terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta memediasi hubungan antara budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan job crafting terhadap kinerja karyawan. kata kunci: budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, job crafting, komitmen organisasi, kinerja karyawan.

ABSTRACT This thesis is submitted to the Examination Committee in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Management at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Syiah Kuala. THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE, LEADERSHIP STYLE, AND JOB CRAFTING ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE, MEDIATED BY ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT: A STUDY OF PERUM BULOG ACEH REGIONAL OFFICE By: CUT FATIMAH NAZIRA NPM: 2301202010053 Concentration: Human Resource Management Main Supervisor : Dr. A. Sakir, SE., MM., CFRM Co-Supervisor : Dr. Muliati Usman, SE., MM This research aims to analyze the extent to which organizational culture, leadership style, and job crafting influence employee performance, with organizational commitment serving as a mediating variable at the Perum BULOG Aceh Regional Office. The study population consisted of all 123 employees. Respondents were selected through a census, including all employees. The analysis was SEM-PLS. The results indicate that organizational commitment is significantly influenced by organizational culture, leadership style, and job crafting. However, organizational culture and job crafting do not have a direct effect on employee performance. Conversely, leadership style and organizational commitment positively impact performance. Additionally, organizational commitment mediates the relationship between organizational culture, leadership style, and job crafting on employee performance. Overall, these findings highlight that enhancing employee performance at Perum BULOG Aceh Regional Office can be more effectively achieved by strengthening organizational commitment, supported by a positive work culture, participative leadership, and individual empowerment through job crafting.
