Abstrak tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis “pengaruh academic evaluation justice dan kepribadian proaktif terhadap academic performance yang dimediasi oleh learning motivation pada mahasiswa psdku gayo lues. jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan kuantitatif. pengumpulan data diperoleh dari kuesioner dengan jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. kemudian diuji dengan pengujian structural equation model (sem) dengan program smartpls 4. penelitian ini mengemukakan academic evaluation justice berpengaruh signifikan terhadap academic performance pada mahasiswa psdku gayo lues, kepribadian proaktif tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap academic performance pada mahasiswa psdku gayo lues, academic evaluation justice berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap learning motivation pada mahasiswa psdku gayo lues, kepribadian proaktif berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap learning motivation pada mahasiswa psdku gayo lues, learning motivation berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap academic performance pada mahasiswa psdku gayo lues, academic evaluation justice berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap academic performance melalui learning motivation pada mahasiswa psdku gayo lues, dan kepribadian proaktif berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap academic performance melalui learning motivation pada mahasiswa psdku gayo lues. kata kunci : academic evaluation justice, kepribadian proaktif, academic performance, dan learning motivation



Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyze the "influence of Academic Evaluation Justice and proactive personality on Academic Performance mediated by Learning Motivation in PSDKU Gayo Lues students. This type of research is descriptive and quantitative. Data collection was obtained from questionnaires with the number of respondents in this study was 100 respondents. Then tested by testing the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the SmartPLS 4 program. This study suggests that Academic Evaluation Justice has a significant effect on Academic Performance in PSDKU Gayo Lues Students, Proactive Personality does not have a significant effect on Academic Performance in PSDKU Gayo Lues Students, Academic Evaluation Justice has a positive and significant effect on Learning Motivation in PSDKU Gayo Lues Students, Proactive Personality has a positive and significant effect on Learning Motivation in PSDKU Gayo Lues Students, Learning Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Academic Performance in PSDKU Gayo Lues Students, Academic Evaluation Justice has a positive and significant effect on Academic Performance through Learning Motivation in PSDKU Gayo Lues Students, and Proactive Personality has a positive and significant effect on Academic Performance through Learning Motivation in Psdku Gayo Lues Students.
