Ikan bawal (colossoma macropomum) merupakan spesies ikan air tawar introduksi bernilai ekonomis tinggi dalam akuakultur. penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pengaruh suplementasi probiotik lactobacillus plantarum dalam pakan terhadap pertumbuhan, efisiensi pakan, dan kelangsungan hidup ikan bawal, serta menentukan tingkat pengenceran probiotik yang optimal. penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan rancangan acak lengkap (ral) terdiri atas enam perlakuan dan tiga ulangan selama 60 hari. perlakuan meliputi pakan tanpa probiotik (kontrol) dan pakan dengan penambahan lactobacillus plantarum 30% pada tingkat pengenceran 10⁻³, 10⁻⁵, 10⁻⁷, 10⁻⁹, dan 10⁻¹². hasil analisis anova menunjukkan bahwa penambahan probiotik berpengaruh signifikan (p



Abstract

The tambaqui (Colossoma macropomum) is a freshwater fish species with high economic value in aquaculture. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of dietary supplementation of the probiotic Lactobacillus plantarum on the growth performance, feed efficiency, and survival rate of tambaqui, as well as to determine the optimal probiotic dilution level. The experiment was conducted using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of six treatments and three replications over a 60-day rearing period.
