Provinsi aceh merupakan salah satu wilayah penghasil padi terbesar di indonesia, termasuk kabupaten aceh besar yang mencakup kecamatan seulimuem, indrapuri, dan kuta cot glie sebagai sentra produksi utama. peningkatan partisipasi perempuan dalam sektor pertanian terlihat dari jumlah petani wanita yang cukup signifikan. perempuan di wilayah ini tidak hanya berperan sebagai ibu rumah tangga, tetapi juga aktif dalam usahatani padi. pra-survei menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi wanita tani dipicu oleh tekanan ekonomi dan kebutuhan keluarga. peran mereka dalam proses produksi hingga pascapanen turut memberikan kontribusi terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga. oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis curahan waktu kerja petani wanita, faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya, serta kontribusinya terhadap pendapatan keluarga petani padi di kabupaten aceh besar. penelitian ini dilakukan di kabupaten aceh besar, tepatnya di kecamatan seulimuem, indrapuri, dan kuta cot glie, yang dipilih secara purposive karena memiliki luas lahan panen dan produksi padi tertinggi serta keterlibatan petani wanita yang signifikan. populasi penelitian mencakup 2.836 petani wanita, dan penentuan sampel sebanyak 100 orang dilakukan menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling dengan rumus slovin pada tingkat kesalahan 10%. data yang digunakan terdiri atas data primer dan sekunder, dengan metode analisis meliputi analisis curahan waktu kerja, kontribusi pendapatan, serta regresi linier berganda. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwapetani wanita di kabupaten aceh besar memiliki keterlibatan yang signifikan dalam kegiatan usahatani padi, dengan rata-rata curahan waktu kerja sebesar 350 jam/ha/mt, namun mereka juga menghadapi beban ganda karena curahan waktu untuk kegiatan reproduktif seperti pekerjaan rumah tangga dan sosial mencapai 1.352 jam/ha/mt. dari sisi ekonomi, pendapatan bersih usahatani padi sebesar rp15.869.829 per musim tanam, di mana kontribusi pendapatan petani wanita mencapai rp7.092.442 atau sekitar 37,16% terhadap total pendapatan rumah tangga, menunjukkan peran penting mereka dalam menopang ekonomi keluarga. selain itu, hasil uji f menunjukkan bahwa variabel umur, jumlah tanggungan, pendidikan, pendapatan, luas lahan, dan pengalaman usahatani secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap curahan waktu kerja petani wanita, meskipun secara parsial hanya variabel umur yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan.

Aceh Province is one of the largest rice-producing regions in Indonesia, including Aceh Besar Regency, which encompasses the districts of Seulimuem, Indrapuri, and Kuta Cot Glie, as the main production center. The increasing participation of women in the agricultural sector is evident in the significant number of female farmers. Women in this region are not only housewives but also actively involved in rice farming. Pre-surveys indicate that female farmer participation is driven by economic pressures and family needs. Their role in the production and post-harvest processes also contributes to household income. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the work hours of female farmers, the factors that influence them, and their contribution to the income of rice farming families in Aceh Besar Regency. This research was conducted in Aceh Besar Regency, specifically in the sub-districts of Seulimuem, Indrapuri, and Kuta Cot Glie. These sub-districts were purposively selected due to their high harvested area and rice production, as well as significant involvement of female farmers. The study population comprised 2,836 female farmers, and a sample of 100 was determined using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling with the Slovin formula at a 10% margin of error. The data used consisted of primary and secondary data, with analytical methods including work time analysis, income contribution, and multiple linear regression. The results showed that female farmers in Aceh Besar Regency are significantly involved in rice farming activities, with an average work time of 350 hours/ha/MT. However, they also face a double burden due to the time devoted to reproductive activities such as household and social work, reaching 1,352 hours/ha/MT. From an economic perspective, the net income from rice farming is Rp15,869,829 per planting season, with female farmers contributing Rp7,092,442, or approximately 37.16% of total household income, demonstrating their important role in supporting the family economy. Furthermore, the F-test results show that the variables of age, number of dependents, education, income, land area, and farming experience simultaneously have a significant effect on female farmers' work time, although only age is partially insignificant.
