Prarancangan pabrik high density polyethylene (hdpe) ini menggunakan bahan baku ethylene dengan kapasitas produksi sebesar 100.000 ton/tahun dan jumlah hari kerja sebanyak 330 hari/tahun. bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan adalah perseroan terbatas (pt) dengan struktur organisasi berbentuk garis dan staf. jumlah tenaga kerja yang diperlukan untuk menjalankan kegiatan operasional pabrik ini adalah sebanyak 112 orang. pabrik hdpe ini direncanakan berlokasi di kawasan industri wilmar serang, desa terate, kecamatan kramatwatu, kota serang, provinsi banten dengan luas tanah 11.000 m². bahan baku ethylene diperoleh dari pt. chandra asri petrochemical tbk, sedangkan kebutuhan utilitas seperti air diperoleh dari waduk krenceng yang bersumber dari das cidanau. untuk listrik disuplai dari pln dan genset cadangan dengan total daya sebesar 1.592,05 kw.

This preliminary design of a High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plant uses ethylene as the raw material, with a production capacity of 100,000 tons/year and an operational schedule of 330 working days per year. The proposed business entity is a Limited Liability Company (PT) with a line and staff organizational structure. The number of personnel required to operate the plant is 112 employees. The HDPE plant is planned to be located in the Wilmar Industrial Area, Serang, Terate Village, Kramatwatu Sub-district, Serang City, Banten Province, with a land area of 11,000 m². Ethylene as the raw material is supplied by PT. Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk, while utilities such as water are sourced from the Krenceng Reservoir, which is supplied by the Cidanau Watershed (DAS). Electricity needs are supplied by PLN and a backup generator with a total capacity of 1,592.05 kW.
