Prarancangan pabrik etilbenzena ini menggunakan bahan baku utama etilena dan benzena dengan katalis zeolit zsm-5. proses produksi yang dipilih adalah proses mobile-badger dengan kapasitas produksi sebesar 150.000 ton per tahun dan waktu operasi 330 hari per tahun. pabrik etilbenzena ini direncanakan berlokasi di kecamatan ciwandan, kabupaten serang, provinsi banten, dengan luas lahan sebesar 60.000 m². bentuk badan usaha yang direncanakan adalah perseroan terbatas (pt) dengan struktur organisasi garis dan staf, serta mempekerjakan sebanyak 124 tenaga kerja. sumber air proses berasal dari sungai cibanten, sedangkan kebutuhan listrik dipenuhi dari perusahaan listrik negara (pln) dan generator berkapasitas 1.771,625 kw. pabrik ini dirancang pada tahun 2025 dan akan didirikan pada tahun 2030.

The preliminary design for the ethylbenzene plant uses ethylene and benzene as the main feedstocks. Zeolite ZSM-5 acts as the catalyst for the primary alkylation reaction. The selected production process is the Mobile-Badger method, which synthesizes ethylbenzene through the reaction of ethylene and benzene in the presence of Zeolite ZSM-5. The plant is designed for an annual ethylbenzene production capacity of 150,000 tons, operating 330 days per year. It will be established in Ciwandan District, Serang Regency, Banten Province, on a 60,000 m² area. The business will operate as a Limited Liability Company (PT), organized in a line and staff structure with 124 personnel. Process water will be sourced from the Cibanten River. Electricity requirements will be met by the State Electricity Company (PLN) and a generator with a 1.771,625 kW installed capacity. This plant is designed in 2025 and will be established in 2030.
